We arrived late in Venice to thigh deep floods and snow, but Andrea made us feel warm, cozy and at home in Venezia. And we awoke to sunshine, Carnivale and a beautiful winter's day! Andrea was always very helpful and provided great local restaurant recommendations that were off the usual tourist route. We particularly liked the chinchetti place and Ai... More

We stayed in this B&B for a long weekend in Venice and it was perfect for us in every way. The location is superb within a short work of the Rialto bridge but just out the way of the tourist hub so it feels quiet and secluded. The rooms are decorated very nicely and the window looks straight out onto... More

We spent four nights at this lovely gem of a B&B in Venice. Andrea, our host, was great. He offered suggestions and directions. Breakfast was served, when the weather permitted, in his backyard garden. Our room had a canal view and a new bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was very quiet at night. Another reviewer said that it is... More

We stayed here for two nights in October. It was in a nice neighborhood a little off the beaten path, but still within walking distance of the Rialto and other sights. Only downside was it was nearly impossible to find! Don't try google maps to find this place...you will get lost! Make sure you contact the b&b directly for some... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights and found it was everything we needed. Owners are lovely and they went out of their way to help us; we arrived at night and they came to meet us at the water taxi. Rooms were spotless and the bathroom was cleaned each day. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. We asked... More

Excellent B and B in a quiet neighbourhood, but not far from the Rialto and handy for the fondamente nove water bus stop. Lovely garden where breakfast is served when its warm!

Wonderful! What more can one say? Tucked away in an unprepossessing back street on the corner of two canals, this is one of the great places to stay. The hosts are welcoming and friendly with great advice on where to eat, the room was spacious and overlooked the canal, the en suite glistened, and breakfast was the perfect start to... More

This b&b was one of favorites on our 9 week trip around Europe. From the moment we arrived they were so welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely with a canal view and the bathroom was very clean and brand new! The breakfast was our favourite part as the coffee was amazing! The b&b is perfect as it is central... More

I can't recommend it highly enough. The property has a lovely feel about it, probably because there are only three rooms available, it's been beautifully restored and it feels like the family home it is. For little over 100 Euro we got: - a well proportioned, tastefully decorated, comfortable room with a modern en-suite; - a glass of prosecco on... More

Andrea & Hiroko are wonderful hosts, their charming B&B is well located off the touristic track but still close to everything you want to see. Surrounded by some excellent restaurants that they are happy to make reservations at - go to Trattoria de Bepi... awesome seafood. Breakfast is served in the homely garden - fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, tea/coffee. Andrea... More
