This was our 3rd year staying at Ca Badoer. We have now stayed in the South Studio, the Attic and De Barbari flats, and would stay in any of them again. The booking process with Pietro ran smoothly as always. It was a pleasure to meet Ketty again - she gave us a great welcome, showed us around and let... More

My 4 day/3 night stay in the West Studio in July 2014 was absolutely lovely. It has all the amenities of home and is just around the corner from a grocery store to allow you to fully immerse yourself in the Italian experience. Pietro, the owner, is very kind and organized, providing you with a binder full of resources to... More

My family stayed in the adorable South studio for three nights in June. We were met by the incredibly hardworking and genuinely kind Ketty, whose family has owned this building for generations. We were grateful for her excellent English-speaking skills since our Italian is pretty limited. She gave us great directions and restaurant/supermarket suggestions, and we made use of both.... More

Went there with my boyfriend for three nights. We were addressed by Cati and her mix of Spanish/Italian/English we had a great welcome!!! She told us everything we needed for the city and gave us a very good map. In the apartment there is everything you need for a nice break: coffee (filter and expresso), towels, toiletries, hair dresser, good... More

Great place to stay in venice. The room was a good size for us. There is a mini fridge and hot plate of needed. It is an older building so the walls are thin but there is no street noise. The owner was there to explain the place and a but about the island. Be careful you will get lost... More

We had been recommended Ca Badoer by a friend. It was perfect for our first visit to Venice. The house was peaceful and well equipped and everything we needed was close by. It is not a 5 star hotel, but if you prefer informality and independence it is perfect. We will return.

We spent five nights at this little homey apartment near Basilica Frari in late August. It was okay for us to walk from the Santa Lucia train station to this building – there were three bridges to cross, and the one to the left of the train station posted a bit of a challenge to my wife. The walk was... More

Great location on small canal. Old family home built In 12th century turned into guest apartments was an experience in itself to stay in. Approximately a 10 minute walk from the bus & train station. A bit hard to find as no name on the door so take note of the number because this is all you have. Owner speaks... More

A beautiful Venetian building in an ideal location, it was easily accessed from P' Roma. A 10 minute walk to the Rialto took longer as my wife stopped at every shop! We stayed in the family apartment, it has everything one could need. The location and house feels less tourist, a geniune histrorical cultural feel, we much prefer this to... More

We stayed in the Attic again this Summer and again the apartment was perfect - peaceful, very well equipped, wonderful views and a fantastic location. Everything runs smoothly from booking to check out. We hope to go again next year and maybe try a different apartment. Thank you again, Pietro and Ketty!
