Our experience was terrible at this hotel. When we arrived we were provided with no information regarding the area (especially difficult as there was no map of the area and it was a walk away from any restaurants) and he was unable to answer any questions we had (such as how to get a taxi to the airport).

Clean, gracious, quiet bed and breakfast in the Sestiere Castello, perhaps a bit far to reach from the train station, especially if you are not a "backpacker" but have to carry an unavoidable suitcase. My friend and I loved staying here! It is out of the way of the 10000's of tourist. The restaurants and little shops are so much cheaper in this area. Close the ferry/open water...
