When my wife decided to book this hotel, I looked at the price and thought this had better be a good hotel, and it turned out to be better than my expectations for a hotel in Europe! We have room 204 and it was a junior suite which comfortably fitted us and our son with 2 huge luggages amongst other... More

The whole family was in agreement. We all really liked this hotel. Located about a five minute walk from Rialto and Piazza San Marco, the location is hard to beat. Reaching the Aqua Palace for the first time, in theory, should have been straight-forward (10 min on the express water bus to Rialto, then a five min walk), but with... More

We stayed at this hotel only one night, but it was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful. We booked the Jr. Suite so we could have a canal view and it was well worth it. It looked like we were looking at a postcard each time we looked out the window! The included breakfast was very good with a... More

We had three nights at the start of out holiday at Aqua Palace. Great central location, easy walk to the major attractions, or just a stroll to the more uncrowned lane ways and canals. The room was very pleasant, bathroom very spacious. I liked the formal simplicity of the breakfast room, and the choices there. The reception staff were very... More

We stayed in a junior suite (room 404) and loved the space and the view! The hotel is charming... Best way to experience the magic of Venice from a wonderful vantage point. Elegant, quiet, yet close to the Rialto bridge and San Marco square. The service is amazing, the breakfast a highlight. It spoiled us! However that comes at a... More

The Aqua Palace is a really fine small hotel. Well equipped with modern, nice bathrooms, the kind Americans would be accustomed to --- spacious, modern, etc. The rooms are also nicely sized. My family chose a two room suite which was terrific for the kids. The staff is courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and resourceful. I did not hear the word "no"... More

Stayed here at the end of a 2 week trip to Italy. The pre-communication with the hotel (emails) was excellent and they helped a lot with logistics (water taxi's, etc.). Once arrived, our room was actually quite large, very well appointed and recently refurbished. The location is superb. The water taxi delivered us right to the hotel (no dragging bags... More

Stayed here for a 2 night weekend break at the end of June. We prefer to explore places on foot so decided to walk form the Piazzale Roma. This took us over the Rialto bridge and we did spend a while going in circles before we found the hotel, but once we knew where it was it was fine on... More

We spend 2 nights in this hotel at the end of our trip and it was a great way to end our 18day stay in Italy. The Hotel was charming, quiet, and the location was excellent! The water taxi dropped us off right in the lobby patio and it is a 5 min walk to St. Marco square and all... More

Looking for a weekend gateaway, we decided to visit Venice for 3 days in November. After a long research on diverse sites for hotels, Aqua Palace seemed to be the best choice as most hotels in the area were either too expensive for our budget or looked kind of outdated. Upon our arrival, it was a bit hard to find... More
