Perfect hotel! ROOM Great room with everything you need; hairdryer, toiletries, wardrobe, very comfy bed. And very modern and stylish. Amazing shower! BREAKFAST Breakfast was great. Loads of different cold meats with rolls. Cereals, yoghurts, croissants, juices. All types of coffee and hot chocolate. STAFF Staff were great! Sorted everything out for us, transfers back to the airport, restaurant reservations,... More

This was our first stop of our Italian tour. The hotel is a short 1.5 blocks from the closest water taxi which is nice when pulling luggage with kids. The hotel is in a quiet area, although after 7pm, there isn't much noise in Venice. There is a bakery a block or so away that is good for a quick... More

Wow, what a great hotel! I don’t know where to start with the praise. The location is very convenient for anything you would evener nees to see and do in Venice. The décor itself is as Venetian as it gets. The place is spacious, clean and inviting. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, also thanks to the... More

This property is perfectly located to get around Venice. Helpful staff, location within an easy walk to a boat dock and good breakfasts are all pluses. Wi-fi was a little funky in the evening when it tended to get heavy use. The staff is helpful and made a great restaurant recommendation for us. I would certainly stay again!

A beautiful hotel...perfectly placed. Decor lovely and dally located for walking round Venice. Only drawbacks were a slight walk from station and a small breakfast room. But that would not detract me from giving it 5 stars!

The apartment we rented was nice, but the best part about the stay was the staff. They were the most helpful and friendly staff we encountered on our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends based purely on the staffing, they're great!

Had a fantastic stay. Hotel staff so friendly and helpful and great location . We were lucky enough to have one of the gorgeous apartments ... Loads of character and loved the traditional Italian decor . Would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it

Many people going to Venice stay in the outer Islands because it is less expensive, but spend half of their holiday travelling back and forwards to the main Island. The Hotel Al Duca di Venezia is a superb high quality hotel, on the main Island, but at a bargain price. The rooms are excellent, the staff friendly and the location... More

Hotel is easy to find - print map of hotel website. Easy walk to all attractions. Having a lift in the hotel was very good when travelling with big suitcases. Free wifi and friendly staff, comfortable room although was very red ( walls, curtains and bedspread). Will stay there again

Al Duca di Venezia is a quaint and charming hotel in a quiet residential neighborhood not far from the main areas. A little difficult to find, but then again most places can be hard to find in Venice. (There is one advantage to find Al Duca, it is located near Natural History Museum of Venice or Museo di Storia Naturale,... More
