Ca'Pagan was a total gem. A beautiful and charming hotel in the heart of Venice but in a wonderfully quiet location. The staff were incredible - helpful, polite and so friendly. We were visiting for our wedding anniversary and they couldn't have made us feel more welcome or special and the bottle of Proseco as a welcome celebration was such... More

For a quick, uneventful one-night, one-and-a-half-day visit to Venice, Ca' Pagan was perfect. The staff was friendly and impeccably polite, breakfast on the tiny courtyard was ridiculously pleasant, the "Classic Superior" room was comfortable, spacious, immaculate, and quiet, and the location was fantastic -- just a few minutes' stroll to any of the few places I wanted to go. I'm... More

Dear Mr. Charles, I'm glad that your stay at Ca' Pagan was perfect: our staff, our location and so on. We try to be perfect in every single thing that we do, because it's really important for us that our guests think to be at home. The only thing that I don't really understand it's your last sentence: " I'm... More

This gorgeous little hotel is located in the perfect position to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square - 15 minutes walk away - but is tucked away down a quiet street. It's a haven from the hordes of tourists everywhere, yet surrounded by great shopping, excellent restaurants, and picturesque canals. It was ideal... More

Ca' Pagan is a perfect romantic get-away hotel. Beautiful hotel in an ideal location, it is a 10 min walk to Piazza San Marcos, but far enough to enjoy peaceful quiet. Staff was awesome, charming, specially Lorna who was extremely helpful with about everything, from recommending and making reservations for restaurants, concerts, walking tours, water-taxis, museums, etc., and Noni who... Lovely small hotel only a few minutes walk from the water bus stop of San Angelo and 15 minutes walk from San Marco and Rialto. The reception was manned 24 hours. Both Modi, the gentleman on reception and Alketa, the lovely lady who served us breakfast were very friendly and helpful, they spoke excellent English. I heard Alketa speaking German... More

A lovely stay at the Ca' Pagan again. Fantastic location, friendly staff, spotless room. Thank you for your hospitality. Highly recommended. Four stars only because the breakfast room is a little cramped, which the hotel can't do anything about; the breakfast itself could be improved.

While it's a bit pricey for budget travelers, it's a bargain for Venice, and you get what you pay for: the room was charmingly baroque, the breakfast was simple but superb, and the staff were professional and courteous. The location, just behind the Campo Santo Stefano, is excellent - close enough to San Marco to be convenient, but far enough... More

We were looking for a spot near a water taxi stop with not far to walk. Ca Pagon fit the bill nicely. In fact we passed it thinking it was further up the 'street'. No signage anywhere indicating anything except street names, unlike you would find in the US where signs are hung everywhere. We booked a room especially with... More

We stayed at Ca' Pagan one night post cruise and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful even before we arrived with their good communication, even providing detailed walking instructions as well as help deciding the best form of public transportation to get there. We easily found the location using their instructions. Every staff member we dealt with... More

My husband, 10-yr. old child and I stayed at Ca Pagan during Aug. 12-14, 2014. Overall, our stay was just perfect! The hotel was easy to find: we started from the Venice airport and took the Alilaguna water bus to the San Angelo bus stop, then made our way through several small streets/bridges to the hotel thanks to the very...
