Stayed here with my boyfriend in November for his 21st birthday. We stayed for 3 nights and loved every minute. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to St marks sq, around about a 5 minute walk, but far enough away to have no trouble with noise. There are many fantastic hotels surrounding the hotel and lovely Venecian shops.... More

We can strongly recommend this charming and romantic place in Venice. We were for the first time in this beautifull Palazzo, and stayed for 4 nights in a very nice and large junior suite, with high ceiling, kingsize bed, marvellous decoration and furniture. coffee in the room is a plus. The breakfast lounge and the lounge for complimentary afternoon tea... More

We stayed here in December and I highly recommend it. The hotel is so elegantly decorated and the rooms look like the pictures. They were clean and the shower was powerful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, often chatting with us, giving us recommendations and insight into Venice life. The breakfast was excellent! Freshly made pancakes, hot and cold... More

My wife & I stayed for three nights in early December. The room was small, but was very nice and charming. Clean and the amenities were good. The restaurant that served the included breakfast was excellent, the buffet selections were both good & plentiful. The maid service was excellent. The complementary afternoon tea was very nice, I would HIGHLY recommend.... More

Very nice and beautifully decorated hotel situated close to the Sant’Angelo Vaporetto Stop. We’d pre-booked our transfers through the Consorzio Motoscafi Venezia website and took a private water taxi from the airport (excellent service). After being dropped at the dock, be prepared for a few twists and turns, and about three bridges to carry suitcases across to get to the... More

The hotel is very central but located in a very quiet and strategically positioned area. I was a bit worried before my arrival as I am allergic to dust and the presence of carpets and countians can give me a hard time. As I signaled this before my arrival to the hotel staff, they have provided me with a brand... More

Beautiful palace on a quiet campo, tucked away over a small bridge across a picturesque canal.. Spectacular staff, great "continental" breakfast and afternoon tea. Felt like old nobility in a lavishly appointed room. Very convenient to Piazza San Marco and vaporetto.

Alessandra and Nicole were great. The staff is friendly courteous and very helpful. They upgraded us to a suite and made our stay in Venice so amazing. They recommended great restaurants and bars and we had a great stay in Venice thanks to the hotel. Hotel breakfast is good and their evening tea is really good as well. Everything is... More

From the moment i booked and contacted the hotel I knew we had made the right decision, all questions where answered quickly and comprehensively, we booked the limousine and water taxi transfer via the hotel and this was marvellous, and even managed to deliver us directly to the hotel docking so no need to carry cases through the street, I... Stayed for our honeymoon layover in Venice. It's a quaint but lovely hotel in the heart of Venice. Like other reviewers stated, it's a little hard to find (across a small side bridge after you take a small detour). After we arrived, we got the room with the baloney overlooking the small courtyard. Our room had high ceilings and was... More
