Not sure if we stayed at Settimo Cielo or Bloom it is one and the same building I believe owned by two different people. Whatever, it is a great place to stay you feel as though you are entering your own private house with a the key to your own doorway from the street. I agree with previous reviewers that... More

As many travellers have already reported, it is quite difficult to find the reecption which is located in the hotel next door, itself not clearly signed. Despite this, you really have the feeling to be almost in your own house in the heart of Venice. Rooms are comfortable and everything is quiet (not many rooms). Roof terrace is also lovely,... More

We stayed for a long weekend here in June. The room was fantasic - big and charmingly furnished with a nice shower room. The position within the city is very central and it's very convenient for the water bus stop and the sights. Though bear in mind that getting lost in Venice is part of it's magic ;-) We used... More

Stayed here for just one night on my honeymoon after two nights at the sister hotel, Locanda Fiorita. Settimo Cielo and Bloom (all three places are owned/run by the same people) are in a townhouse-type building, so the reception is round the corner at Locanda Fiorita. We stayed in the White Room, which was 270 euros for the night (although... More

Another great Trip Advisor FAIL! Booked at the Settimo Cielo because it looked like everyone on TripAdvisor loved it and I wanted to try the B&B feel. Firstly, it was already hard to understand wheather you were booking in Settimo Cielo or Bloom (which to clarify is in the exact same building only on different floors.. and yes the "amazing"... I am writing to contest many of the issues raised in your recent Trip Advisor review of my hotel which I find to be misleading, uninformed and totally at odds with what other guests have written. Guests from Settimo Cielo have their own keys to come and go as they please and it has often been mentioned that this enhances... More

It took us a bit more than an hour to get from the airport (by bus 5 and vaporetto line 1) to this B&B, easy .. Check-in indeed in the hotel next door, few moments later we already were in our room (white), which was very nice , not very big, but a good bed and very clean bathroom. The... More

I liked our room (the White room) a lot - it was a reasonable size and had a daybed/spare bed. The shower room was ok but a leaky shower had caused some unsightly damage to the back of the door and the bedroom floor. The roof terrace was a lovely spot with its riad vibe and a fridge of Prosecco... More

stayed for 3 nights in very hot August. great location between Rialto and San Marco - 5 mins from Sant Angelo vaparetto stop. Rooms and bathrooms good for this price in Venice and the roof top terrace with complementary prosecco was great! Near to good restaurants and bars and v close to the Grand Canal. Reception desk and team are... More

We arrived by train and took a private motorboat taxi to L`accademia Station and from there, only walked one block to this gem in the heart of Venice. It´s located by a Piazza called Campo Santo Stefano, minutes away from Piazza San Marco. I am really not into Venecian decoration because it tends to be loaded with details (barroque), but... More

What a find! A fabulous boutique B&B just off the beautiful Campo Sant Stefano (directly across from Sant Stefano church) without the crowds of Piazza San Marco but with all of the charm. This is a short walk from either Academia or Sant Angelo (also Alilaguna stop which connects to the airport) vaporetto stops and from here one can explore... More
