Stayed here on the first stop of our honeymoon tour of Italy. We received an email from Marco a couple of days before we arrived to let us know there has been a flood and that our room was not going to be available for our stay. He apologised and said that we would be accommodated in a different room... More

Clean, modern. Difficult to locate. 3 hours of walking around with suitcases(no one knows anything or not willing to help). Have breakfast at McDonalds, they serve espresso, too(2 min away). Small Room without window (we spent all the time out anyway).

Positive: We had the downstairs room which led to an outside sitting area which was nice. The room showed nicely and the bed was comfortable. Negative: First of all, finding the place was a bit difficult as there were no signs and the hotel is hidden between buildings. Secondly, our bathroom needs to be fixed up - there was mold... More

this hotel is in a good location. Very easy to get to from the water ferry. Near by lots of restaurants and shopping ect. only 15 min walk to san marco square or 15 to train station. its a small hotel, with a nice very small courtyard. The rooms are small but efficient. up to date bathrooms and furniture though... More

Small but comfy with a large room. We also had booked a courtyard which was very nice but had no view. Coffee tea making facilities and wifi. Nice a private. Great bed. Very close to everything in Venice. Just walking distance to some great hotels.... Well worth it. But remember nothing is cheap in Venice. Especially with a balcony or... More

A small, well situated, quiet hotel in the centre of Canareggio in Venice. Breakfast is optional and no restaurant, but plenty of good ones in the vicinity. Marco, the receptionist is a very hard-working, smart young man who does his job to perfection. A little distance away there are public water buses and water taxis which can take you straight... This is not a luxurious hotel. This is not a centre of Venice. But it is quite, cozy and clean. And in fact all principal attractions of Rialto are at walking distance. In 5-10 minutes you reach the Rialto Bridge, in 15-20 minutes you are at St. Mark Square. Ca d'Oro on the Grand Channel is at 200 meters distance.... More

This booking really was a Gamble, considering how new the hotel is. Our family room is cleverly designed, with a second self contained, air-conditioned bedroom within a larger high ceiling bedroom. The decor was typically Venetian and striking! This mid priced hotel offers fabulous value with two new LED flat screen TV's, two Mini Bar fridges, two room safes and... More
