As usual, TripAdvisor reviews convinced us that Campiello Zen was the place for us for our last two nights in Italy, based not just on comments about the B&B but also about the hosts. As others have said, Andrea is very welcoming when you arrive at the B&B, making you immediately feel at home and that nothing is too much... More

We stayed in the "suite" room at Campeillo Zen on our visit to Venice on our 40th anniversary. It was "old world" charm at its best. The bathroom however is "new world" and is excellent and up to date complete with towel warmer. Andrea was full of great ideas for restaurants for dinner and we had our best dinner while... More

We returned to Venice and, of course, to Campiello Zen this September. As always, we were fed well every morning, treated to luscious cappuccinos, and offered all the hospitality that Susanna and Andrea are known for. We like the location away from the crowds and noise but still within an easy walk or vaporetto ride of the sights and attractions.... More

My wife and I stopped at the Campiello Zen in May for our first wedding anniversary. We chose the place on the strength of reviews on tripadvisor and on this occasion they were wright. We stayed in the Vault with its private entrance. The room was huge, well appointed and very quiet; you go upstairs to the beautiful main room... More

Our 25th anniversary trip to Italy had a perfectly delightful start, as we were lucky enough to book this exceptional B&B. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The great location (steps from a Vaporetto stop on Grand Canal and walking distance to the train), the lovely room and common areas, balcony, sparking cleanliness, and overall warmth of Campiello Zen was... We stayed in the Ginkgo suite for two nights after a cruise early October 2014. It was no more than 15 minutes walk from Pizzale Roma. They emailed us a map which was quite easy to follow. The area of Santa Croce is nicely out of the way of the hordes of tourists, but convenient to the train/bus area, and... More

We have just returned from a 4 day trip to Venice, and stayed in the Gingko room at the Campiello Zen. It was an absolutely lovely place to stay, in an area within easy walking distance of all the main sights yet off the main tourist drag (Sta Croce). The rooms are super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.... More

As most other reviewers have already stated, this is a great choice in the Santa Croce district, off the beaten path, and therefore quiet, yet still with excellent access to the vaporetto, and only minutes from the train/bus station (2 stops on the vaporetto). Besides the beautiful facility, it is Susanna and Andrea that make staying here a real treat.... More

The B&B is beautifully furnished and located within a 7 mins walk from the train station. The nearest vaporetto stop (just metres from the B&B) is one stop from the train station. Susanna is a wonderful host. She was all smiles when she met us. She gave good recommendations on places to go and tips in exploring Venice. I fell... More

Customer service is amazing. The care factor to make sure you get information needed to have a wonderful time. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Suzanne and. Andrea are a delightful couple who take pride in their B and B and it shows. Loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer.
