Just back from fantastic stay in venice.we were upgraded to a "suite" in the scala after a mix up with the bella venitia hotel, where we originally booked.This was ablessing in disguise.The hotel reception is non existent, didnt see anyone for the week we were there, but this didnt matter as the bella venitia was 30m walk, so got best...
