We stayed three nights in this brand new B&B hold by Fabio. We arrived late in the evening and Fabio was there to welcome us in the very nice city. The room was very clean, the breakfast was huge and served by Fabio himself. He was a very nice host and he guided us as it was our first time... More

My husband and I stayed at the 3C B&B last October after reading so many positive reviews about this accommodation on Trip Advisor, and it was the best decision we made! Generally speaking I would say that we have quite high expectations and would not rate any place so highly, unless it was exceptional - well done Fabio! LOCATION: The... More

This B&B is the perfect place to stay in Venice. After a long 30hrs of travelling we finally arrived at 3C. Fabio the owner was so helpful and humble. The rooms are spacious and very modern & clean. Breakfast is beautiful with many options. Fabio gave us as much info as possible on where to go and where to eat.... More

The 3C is a hidden little gem in Venice. We stayed 3 nights during Carnavale and enjoyed every moment. The rooms are spacious, recently redone, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very nice-very modern etc.. Fabio the owner offered many great restaurant recommendations. All were fantastic. The breakfast each morning is wonderful. Fresh juices, pastries, cheeses and proscuitto etc.... More

I stayed here for 4 nights over the carnival. The location is outstanding and very easy to find. The rooms we stayed in (though very compact) had everything we wanted or needed. New, modern and ultra clean. Our room was a twin with 2 single beds (as requested) and the beds very comfy (though basically right next to each other).... More

i was visiting Venice for the first time for my birthday so I was keen to find somewhere special. I prefer staying in little b&bs rather than large anonymous hotels and B&B 3C fitted the bill perfectly. The location couldn't be better, right round the corner from St Mark's Square and yet it is fabulously quiet. The room was fantastic,... More

We left the beautiful city of Venice today after staying at the 3C B&B. Like a previous review, I also usually don't leave reviews of accomodation but thought I would in this case. The location is FANTASTIC. 2min from San Marco square and a quick and easy walk from the ferry which is important when you are arriving with all... More

Venice just has to be one of Europe's priciest cities. 3C is terrific value but if that's all it was then that wouldn't do it any justice. It's in a terrific location - 2 minutes from San Marco. The marble floored room, we had, was very spacious and had everything you'd expect from a hotel with 4 Stars or more... More

Staying in Castello

Neighborhood Profile
Castello
Castello is the largest of the six sestieri (districts), and the only one not facing onto the Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime neighborhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals criss-crossed by laundry. Semiannual exhibitions add a strong artsy current to the Arsenale area. Via Garibaldi in Castello, with its shops and bars, has one of Venice's rare straight and wide boulevards. When a large ship turns around the Lido to enter the Giudecca Canal, the startling sight creates an illusion that it will run aground right on Via Garibaldi! Families treasure Giardini near the island's tip, green with rare trees and grass, and Riva degli Schiavoni is a popular spot for Venetians to take a stroll to watch the sunset.
