3C Bed & Breakfast is fabulous. Great location in the heart of San Marco area, close to attractions, shops, restaurants. Just a few steps from the water taxi / vaporetto stop. Very clean and bright, spacious, comfortable rooms with very clean bathrooms. Lovely breakfast and very pleasant, helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Our rooms were well appointed and very clean. Lovely mix of modern and traditional decor. We received very good service at breakfast and although there was always someone available by phone. Pablo was very welcoming and helpful and gave us very clear directions to various places of interest. I have recommended the 3 Cs to good friends.

We stayed here in Rooms 1 and 2. Very large rooms, great air conditioning, fast wifi and nice bathrooms. Fabio and his staff are very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Wonderful location - so close to everything, restaurants just around the corner. Would definitely recommend this to all types of travelers.

Great room, fabulous location right next to St Marks square. The rooms are a mix of modern and old, but it works. Comfortable beds, roomy, fast wifi, breakfast perfect, safe surroundings. Would highly recomend to family or couples.

Worst customer service. Stay away!! No attendance, so when you need or something goes wrong with you, no one is there to provide you what you need. Also you can hear everything next room. Coughing, conversations, tv , radio etc......... Owner is just rude.

Mrs. Emily C, thank you for choosing our offer "last minute" with 40% discount. The only thing that you have written correct is that there is not 24H service at the 3C, since it’s a bed and breakfast ( with a B&B rates) and not an hotel but you already knew it. Anyway we are happy about your review because... More

We stayed 3 nights at the 3C in June 2015 and we were more than happy. It is easy to find the place as it is a few minutes walk from the water taxi stop. The B & B is small but our room was large, clean with a large comfortable bed. Bathroom was also large and clean. Room had... More

I agree with the good reviews on TA. We stayed three nights at the 3C in May 2015. This small B&B is very near Piazza San Marco, is convenient to the vaporetto, and easy to get to from the water. The rooms are very nice with large comfortable beds. The breakfast was also good. The air conditioning worked well once... More

We stayed here last year after reading all the good reviews on TA. The place was cute, not too hard to find, safe, and the room was pretty and comfortable. Unfortunately for us, all of that was overshadowed by the owner being extremely stingy about the wifi. He gives you a little piece of paper with a code on it,... More

The 3C is and inviting and relaxing place, great for couples and friends to stay close to the exciting food and attractions near San Marco. It's a small place with a few rooms tucked away some small alleyways just off the San Zaccharia vaporetto stop. The bed was very comfortable and large. Our room opened up to the busy little... More

Stayed 4 nights April 2015. Excelent location, which was easy to find following their directions. Around the corner from St.Marco, walk with no steps to the vaporetto (water taxi), which is helpful if you drag a suitcase. The place itself is great. Bright, clean, high ceilings, good mattress, top of the line bathroom. Breakfast is more then adequate, always with... More

Staying in Castello

Neighborhood Profile
Castello
Castello is the largest of the six sestieri (districts), and the only one not facing onto the Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime neighborhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals criss-crossed by laundry. Semiannual exhibitions add a strong artsy current to the Arsenale area. Via Garibaldi in Castello, with its shops and bars, has one of Venice's rare straight and wide boulevards. When a large ship turns around the Lido to enter the Giudecca Canal, the startling sight creates an illusion that it will run aground right on Via Garibaldi! Families treasure Giardini near the island's tip, green with rare trees and grass, and Riva degli Schiavoni is a popular spot for Venetians to take a stroll to watch the sunset.
