Most of what we would say has already been said by others. This was a great location for seeing all the must-see sights in Venice and the host was friendly and informative. Just returned from a weekend in Venice when we didn't want to spend a lot but needed wireless internet and a bathroom that worked. The 3C was perfect. This place is truly a hidden gem! It's a small b&b that has been recently renovated...it's super modern, clean & a great location near St. Mark's square. The breakfast was nice...meats, cheeses, pastries, cappuchino. Our only complaint was the noise one night, there was constant yelling & noise on the street outside our window. Everything about 3C was perfect. The location was great. Close to the Vaporetto, San Marco, and many restaurants. The rooms were big and clean and modern.
