My husband and I stayed in the Sant'Elena for 4 nights and really enjoy our break. The hotel is located in the very quite residential area of Sant'Elena, but you can see San Marco from the vaporetto stop ( only 2 minutes walk from the hotel) and use the campanile as landmark if you wish to walk to San Marco... more

We spent four nights at this hotel and it was OK. I agree with the previous review regarding value for money, we too got a deal and had we paid full price, we would have been dissapointed. The hotel was clean, the rooms OK however, it lacks public areas and to us, just had a overall feeling of being 'un-loved'.... more

We had a lovely three night stay at the Best Western Sant Elena Hotel. My husband and I were in a junior suite on the first floor. Rooms were very clean and spacious. we arrived and had ants in one of our three bedrooms. They were as horrified as us so they relocated us. Good staff. Good location b/c you take water taxi anyway, quiet. This was a newer hotel in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the tourist sites. This hotel was very nice and clean but it was quite far from the centre, to far to walk. Same of the staff were nice some were not ,the food in the hotel was not great., The rooms and bathrooms were nice the hotel was out of the way. i would prob give this hotel for location a 3 out... more
