Located on a small canal. We woke every morning to condoliers singing outside our room. What more good you ask? The concierge were very helpful, the room was spotless, the beds comfortable. The dining room, again small, but perfect, the breakfast most enjoyable. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for 3 nights during our trip through Italy and loved this hotel. The location was perfect to St. Marks as well as the accademia and shopping. The gondoliers stop right outside the hotel. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Breakfast was a small buffet, but nice.
