I spent 4 nights at this hotel with my girlfriend. The location is perfect, just round the corner from San Zaccaria water bus stop which they all seemed to stop at! and several restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Even though it was so close to the main centre and St Marks square it was quiet at night due to... More

The hotel is very nicely located near the vaporetto station. However, finding it may be a slight problem because it does not have prominent signage and is in a back alley. The room was large and comfortable (an old Venetian home converted into a hotel) and so was the bathroom. The wifi did not function too well. However, the elevator... More

The hotel is so beautiful, the rooms decoration are incredible. The bad thing is that there's just no elevador!!!! (Well there is but it is private). Small area for breakfast, not so much tables and we needed to squeeze ourselves. Very very good location! Venice is adorable! But before booking a hotel, certify it does have an elevador.

We arrived and were ushered through into a room at the back of the ground floor which was in itself like a cupboard. Upon entry the room was actually ok, clean and in good order. Opening the cupboard to store our valuables in the safe, we discovered it was not working, so called for assistance. Not only Could the attendant... More

this is not what i call an hotel. As a b&b I would rate it 4 small reception and breakfast area and no bar facilities. We were in the annex on the second floor the room was spacious clean and the toilet and bath were fine. The staff were pleasant and informative and the actual area was perfect for st... More

This Hotel was beautiful and fab. It was cheap and looked luxurious. It was delightfully Venetian. I had a fab time here, it is really near a ferry point as well. Just a casual warning to all Venetian bound people, learn to say No to alllll the street people trying to sell you stuff. And if your going, Go to... More

Very nice little hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room. Exellent location only a couple of minutes walk from St Marks square but even better located for the best restaurants that will not break the bank balance unlike the poor expensive restaurants nearer to Realto bridge who serve overpriced frozen food. Tip Enjoy the sights but eat nearer the hotel.

Small hotel and average for international standards but it is efficient. I have been for a couple of nights only for the Bienniale and I did not want to spend time in hotel at all. Location is very good and staff not particularly friendly.

We booked this hotel mainly for its location, being within easy walking distance of all main attractions. We particularly wanted a hotel where we could get a water taxi direct to the hotel as we felt this would be an nice start to our holiday and a necessity as one member of our party had mobility problems. Prior to booking... More

Extremely pleased with all elements of this hotel. Location is excellent! A few minutes walk to the Grand Canal, San Marco Piazza, Doges Palace, San Marco Basilica and all the amazing shops and restaurants. Room was stunning. Very much worth upgrading to a superior deluxe or even the junior suite and it will make your stay all the more luxurious... More
