Romantic, stilish in charming Venetian palace right in the heart of Venice. We stayed for just one night which would have liked to last forever! We were upgraded to a romantic suite for free which thing we really appreciated. Loved it!

So arrived in venice after taking a very pleasant train ride to Rome, we were set for 3 nights in the Domina Home Ca'Zusto. It is located in a relatively quiet neighbourhood of Venice that is easily accesible to everywhere. (an 8 minute walk from the station). We arrived to the hotel which looks modest from the outside, on entry... More

My husband and I showed up at night and almost walked past this place, but we had emailed them ahead of time for directions, and didn't have any problems. It's close to a water taxi drop off, and quiet close to the port for catching a cruise the next day, and getting in from the airport. It is a hike... More

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights at the end of November, 2014. It was our 7th trip to Venice, our favorite travel destination, and we generally stay in this neighborhood. I agree with all the positive comments by many reviewers. The staff is exceptional and we enjoyed many conversations, sometimes late at night, with several different clerks.... More

I visited Venice last year and stayed in this hotel. I had no hesitation in returning to the same hotel which sums up my feelings neatly. I can do no more than repeat my earlier review from 2013: "I was highly impressed. Great staff, super bed, well decorated room, free wi fi, good breakfast, easy walk from bus/train station, close... Venice is an expensive city, so my partner and I purchased a 4* hotel on Hotwire and hoped for the best. We got Domina Home Ca' Zusto, and we couldn't have been more pleased. We'd wanted to be close to the train station as we were arriving early in the morning and then later leaving late in the afternoon. Even... More

My husband and I stayed here for the first three nights of our trip to Italy this past November. To begin with the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We arrived earlier than check in but that was no problem as our room was ready. Diana our welcoming front desk attendant very quickly checked us in and showed us... More

We stayed here on a trip to venice and i can't speak highly enough of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The room was simply amazing and we really felt that it was incredibly luxurious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. For the price it was excellent value. It is very close to St Mark's square and to the bus station,... We booked this hotel room because it was one of the cheapest 4-stars we could find in Venice at the end of May - but it was still pretty expensive compared to most other cities in Europe given that Venice has limited space. This was a rare situation where the hotel room looked much nicer in real life than it... More

Got a good deal off season and they upgraded our room too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit average, with the world's driest scrambled eggs but the coffee was nice. A bit of a walk from main areas but nice and quiet as a result. Our room was a proper boudoir and beautifully decorated and the shower... More
