My husband and I stayed here for the first three nights of our trip to Italy this past November. To begin with the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We arrived earlier than check in but that was no problem as our room was ready. Diana our welcoming front desk attendant very quickly checked us in and showed us... More

We stayed here on a trip to venice and i can't speak highly enough of the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. The room was simply amazing and we really felt that it was incredibly luxurious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. For the price it was excellent value. It is very close to St Mark's square and to the bus station,... We booked this hotel room because it was one of the cheapest 4-stars we could find in Venice at the end of May - but it was still pretty expensive compared to most other cities in Europe given that Venice has limited space. This was a rare situation where the hotel room looked much nicer in real life than it... More

Got a good deal off season and they upgraded our room too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit average, with the world's driest scrambled eggs but the coffee was nice. A bit of a walk from main areas but nice and quiet as a result. Our room was a proper boudoir and beautifully decorated and the shower... More

This place is fantastic. Hidden away in a little lane with just a little sign on the door to show it's existence. Very modern and clean. The rooms are funky... decorated with bright colors. A groovy little private outdoor courtyard downstairs to eat breakfast, or join everyone else in the main dining area with big funky chairs. The staff are... More

My husband and I stayed here from Oct.26,2014 thru October 30,2014.We enjoyed our stay and cannot rave enough about the reception staff. They were so helpful with restaurant recommendations....all of which were terrific. We had some difficulty upon leaving because we had such an early flight home that our best option was also the most expensive option. Unfortunately we failed... More

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were polite and helpful and there was no problem with cleanliness. Our room was on the first floor, off the dining area, this was fine (no noise) and with access to the overworked Wi-Fi link. If, like us, you prefer an open windows to A/C then watch out for mosquitoes, there are no mesh... More

I just spent 3 days in the hotel. Everything I had previously researched about it was true: unique design, good location (not prime, but correct) and friendly and amicable service. Rooms are not very big, but that's normal in Venice. Two thumbs up to the personnel... from the reception to the cleaning lady were nice and professional. I would recommend... More

Spent our last night in Italy here and were not disappointed with this lovely hotel. It's certainly quirky inside, quite traditional from the outside but very bold and striking inside but not in an over the top way. Good different. We loved the location, close enough to the vaperotto and train and bus links but not in the main chaotic... More

small friendly slightly quirky boutique style hotel. Loved location, quiet but close enough to walk to main sights. Small but beautifully decorated rooms. Breakfast unusual but adds to quirkiness of hotel. Lovely small courtyard. Very helpful staff. Would use again very reasonable for venice and close enough to station.
