Not much to say really, only spent a few hours here to sleep, otherwise out and about. Convenient location to the main town, rooms adequate - standard stuff, nothing special to shout about. The breakfast was ok, not the usual international standard, but enough choice for continental style.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly, which is unusual for Italy. The rooms where okay, but the bathrooms small and tired(in need of a makeover). The hotel is rated 4 star, but I would put at 3 star. Breakfast was great by continental standards and there was a super terrace leading off the breakfast room. Great views from this... More

My wife and I, with our teenage son, stayed here during a visit to Treviso. We booked a 'family room', and to our pleasant surprise were assigned a room on the top floor of the building, surrounded by balcony on all sides. My wife and I shared the king room and our son stayed in the smaller, attached twin bed... More

We stayed at the Hotel Carlton March 30, 31 & April 1, 2014. Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a little dated but still pleasant. My husband spent days working so I was alone during the day. I found the hotel breakfast suitable. I liked the hotel location and I felt safe during... More

Old fashioned hotel, but clean and excellent location very near the train station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, however no free Wifi. Pillows very flat and the air conditioning was intermittent. Average breakfast, but the orange juice was very sugary and watered down. Treviso had many good shops, bars and restaurants. Trains to Venice were regular and good value.... More

Pleasant enough stay at this hotel. It's not the 4* you normally expect (3* at most), but the rooms are clean and simply furnished. Shower small and not much pressure, not much in the way of english speaking TV (if that matters). Breakfast very basic continental style, but since it's included in the rate, sufficient to start the day. Terviso... More

- arrogant staff at reception (especially the blond woman with glasses that takes care of the afternoon/evening-shifts) - extremely outdated hotel and rooms (compare it to Fawlty Towers) - carpet everywhere > if you have an allergy, avoid this hotel - rooms smell of sigarettes + dust everywhere - low quality mattress + small > if you are over 1.75m... I stayed at the Hotel Carlton for just one night on a trip to the beautiful town of Treviso. While I would not rate the hotel as a 4 star property, it is a solid mid range hotel. The hotel is located a few minutes from everything so whether you want to explore Treviso or head off to Venice (which... More

Stayed here for two days. Rooms are very small, bathroom even smaller, a big problem to have a shower, the fitting and furniture etc. are old. the room has a smell . was a big disappointment. Location though is good, opposite the main train station. The breakfast is average. The staff though is friendly and helpful. Would not stay here... More

This hotel may have badge itself as a 4 star hotel But really I think all the effort has gone into the foyer Which I must say is fantastic, but wait until you get into the rooms. The walk along the drab (very confusing) corridors will give you a clue to what to expect when you finally find your room.... More
