We stayed at the Hotel Carlton March 30, 31 & April 1, 2014. Very nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a little dated but still pleasant. My husband spent days working so I was alone during the day. I found the hotel breakfast suitable. I liked the hotel location and I felt safe during... More

Old fashioned hotel, but clean and excellent location very near the train station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, however no free Wifi. Pillows very flat and the air conditioning was intermittent. Average breakfast, but the orange juice was very sugary and watered down. Treviso had many good shops, bars and restaurants. Trains to Venice were regular and good value.... More

Pleasant enough stay at this hotel. It's not the 4* you normally expect (3* at most), but the rooms are clean and simply furnished. Shower small and not much pressure, not much in the way of english speaking TV (if that matters). Breakfast very basic continental style, but since it's included in the rate, sufficient to start the day. Terviso... More

- arrogant staff at reception (especially the blond woman with glasses that takes care of the afternoon/evening-shifts) - extremely outdated hotel and rooms (compare it to Fawlty Towers) - carpet everywhere > if you have an allergy, avoid this hotel - rooms smell of sigarettes + dust everywhere - low quality mattress + small > if you are over 1.75m... I stayed at the Hotel Carlton for just one night on a trip to the beautiful town of Treviso. While I would not rate the hotel as a 4 star property, it is a solid mid range hotel. The hotel is located a few minutes from everything so whether you want to explore Treviso or head off to Venice (which... More

Stayed here for two days. Rooms are very small, bathroom even smaller, a big problem to have a shower, the fitting and furniture etc. are old. the room has a smell . was a big disappointment. Location though is good, opposite the main train station. The breakfast is average. The staff though is friendly and helpful. Would not stay here... More

This hotel may have badge itself as a 4 star hotel But really I think all the effort has gone into the foyer Which I must say is fantastic, but wait until you get into the rooms. The walk along the drab (very confusing) corridors will give you a clue to what to expect when you finally find your room.... More

After reading other reviews from other web site's I chose this Hotel Because of convenience to Bus and Train for our onward journey to Padova. We only stayed one night here, and would not have any second thoughts about staying Longer, or using this Hotel as our Base to travel around the area. Front desk speak English and I found... More

We spent one night in Treviso. We stayed at the Carlton Hotel which was a great location. Close to the train and bus station. Our room overlooked the Gardens and a bridge. Breakfast was also included and this was a continental breakfast which was plenty for us. The bed was not very comfortable but we were only spending one night... More

We stayed at this hotel on the third night of our bicycle trip. The people at the front desk are simply not nice or helpful. Only one towel and a quarter roll of toilet paper. Shower designed to make sure more water goes on the floor than you. Hair dryer broken. Pillows so flat that your ears hurt lying on... More
