Room Quality; average for NH Standards. Reception Services; Check_in very bad! they take age to load my personal info and given to me the key. Breakfast; average for NH Standards. The waitress serves my cappuccino to another guest, but It could happen if the staff is not really focused on his tasks and there is no supervision from F&B management.... More

Nice, comfortable and clean hotel within a walking distance from historic center. Breakfast served on the 12th floor, giving a good opportunity to enjoy the city center bird view (but from the distance). What was a bit weird is the underground parking with combined entrance and exit. The drive has to be very careful.

The hotel itself was lovely, the rooms were clean, airy and very comfortable, no complaints there. However, the breakfast room was poor, there were no clean tables and nobody seemed to be cleaning them so we had to do it ourselves. Being Italy, I would expect fresh orange juice, what we got was diluted from concentrated orange liquid. The coffee... More

Stayed 2nights breakfast that was included was minimal. Rooms had a swipe key which had to be inserted in a wall pad for lights to stay on but you had to figure it all out on your own bathroom had 2lights over the sink, one was out when we got there, reported but was not replaced. The safe required a... More

The NH Mantegna was recommended by the organizers of an international conference held in Padova in late August. True, this well designed and executed hotel is conveniently located near the university, and the staff is accommodating. But, we encountered a problem, probably originating from unsanitary practices in the kitchen, that affected more than 20 people in two days for individuals... More

I didn't have a good experience staying in this hotel during my trip to Padua. Location is only good when you specifically need to be in the business district or university area for most of your stay, but the neighbourhood is sketchy and not safe in the evening. Walking on the streets gives you an unsafe feeling. The city center... More

I stay four nights in this modern hotel with very friendly people. I was offered a suite by paying a little bite more that was very worthy every cents. Breakfast was OK. Definitively I will recommend it.

The rooms were clean, spacious and fantastic. Had all the amenities except a kettle as is everywhere in Italy. The bathroom was very clean and modern. Overall a comfortable and satisfying stay. There wasn't much to do nearby the hotel though and breakfast was terrible...not much of a choice at all. Otherwise i was completely satisfied.

I stayed in NH Mantegna for a business trip and I have never been so relieved I was back home. Some hours after breakfast I was suddenly feeling very sick and spent the whole afternoon and night in the badroom. The day afterwards I talked to other hotel visitors and they all had the same experience, being very sick. I... More
