Very nice small hotel, recently renovated, everything inside was clean and modern – excellent AC, lift, sparkling bathroom with hairdryer and good shower, TV (no English channels), friendly staff, great croissants for breakfast (with the rest of the usual offerings). Nice size room and large bathroom. There is wireless in the rooms but no computer for guest use, there is... more

This is a very nice bed and breakfast and a stone's throw to the Basilica of San Antonio. It is close to everything and the staff are very friendly and nice. The accomodations are sparce but very clean. You can wake up every morning to the charming sounds of church bells. The restaurant downstairs serves very delicious food, I loved... more

We stayed at this hotel again this year and got a bg room in the back part of the hotel. It was the handicap room and was very large. The bathroom was also large and very, very nice. We loved our stay here. The breakfast is limited but DELICIOUS. I would go back just for the Nutella croissants!!!!! Coffee is... more

This was our second stay at Al Santo returning with another couple for a week exploring The Veneto. As other reviewers have remarked the hotel is well positioned in the old town and close to the Basilica of St Antonio, a visit to which became part of my early morning routine stimulated by the time-check - see below. Rooms are... more

First big minus point is the lack of a car park attached to the hotel; we had to park a long way away on a public square and carry our luggage round. Second minus point is the fact that the ladies on reception did not speak English. Third minus point was that the breakfast and breakfast room were both totally... more

We stayed at this hotel after leaving a terrible hotel in Milan - so to us we were thrilled by this place. The hotel is is smack dab in the middle of everything, although it can be hard / confusing to find when you first arrive. The room was fine and clean, nothing too excitting. The bathroom was very nice,... more

The room is very clean - the bathroom looks like it was reccently renovated and is sparkling clean. The A/C is strong, which is very important in the summer when the temperature can go up to mid 30s during the day. One problem is that the old ladies in charge there do not speak English and our Italian is limited... more

We made the mistake of trying to drive to this hotel without a sufficiently detailed map but eventually found it on a dark street a block from the Basillica (which is well worth seeing). However, we had to park about a mile away in a public lot and walk back. Our room was dark with spare furniture but clean. You... more

We stayed in one room with two adults and two children and had plenty of room. The room was clean, the breakfast was nice and the staff were very friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs everynight because it was so good and we were so exhausted from touring all day. The only down side was there was no... more

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel al Santo, Via del Santo 147, in Padua, at the end of April. The location was great--just a skip from St. Anthony's Basilica. The small hotel had an elevator and a nice breakfast room. Only one small picture on the walls of our room, and the furniture was cheap pre-fab stuff. The... more
