My husband and I arrived at the hotel after 24+ hours of travel and no sleep. The staff had sent a detailed email of how to walk to the hotel from the train station, so we arrived at the hotel 10 minutes after getting off the train. The restaurant was small, but the service was excellent. We had the best... more

The location, the room, and the staff all fulfilled exactly my needs in Padova. The staff is responsive, helpful, and informed. The main attractions of old Padova are an easy walk from the hotel. Highly Recommended. more

We found this hotel a wonderful haven after a hectic day and arrived by train. I do think it would be helpful to get a map of the area before trying to find the hotel. The Rick Steves' directions were not so helpful. Staff were helpful and kind. We also enjoyed a nice complimentary breakfast. Wish we could have stayed... more

Stayed here for 3 nights in early Sept 09. Clean comfortable recently refurnished room and bathroom. Very friendly helpful staff. Easy 5 minute walk to railway station. Regular departures from station to Venice (trip takes about 40 minutes). Ten to fifteen minute walk into the centre of historic Padua. Free secure carpark under the hotel, but be aware that the... more

I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minute walk to the city center. The staff was extremely helpful. I stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip and this 3-star hotel is by far the best value and also offers the best service compared to... more

Stayed here for one night in September and was impressed by the cleanliness and space of the room. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. Breakfast was in a largish room offering plenty of choice and good efficient service; coffee was good. The staff spoke excellent English and were particularly helpful and accommodating. The hotel is a bit of... more

I traveled with my two young sons and the family who owns the hotel helped me out so much with the kids. They were very patient with my kids running around their hotel! They are very warm people and were very willing to help with the local sites/activities. They also have a nice restaurant in the hotel with fresh pasta... more
