My boyfriend, my sister and me were last summer on hotel plaza. The experience was horrible. I never would recommend it. We found sheets with bloodstains and smelling feet. The rooms and the hotel in general are very old and the carpet is very dirty. Moreover staff's attention was awful. We had reserved two double rooms and they gave us... More

We booked this hotel for our first trip abroad with our newest member, a little girl of 4 months. Prior to our arrival I had repeatedly written to the hotel requesting a cot for our room but my email was ignored and when we arrived after a ten hour journey there was no cot in our room and we had... The best way to start would be: it is NOT a 4-star hotel. Ever since I made the reservation there was nothing but drama with the Plaza Padova.... The reception had difficulty charging my credit card (God knows why) but in the same time they were unable to communicate with me in English to solve the issue. Eventually a frustrated... More

A very reasonable price ........but a few more euro maybe could buy a warmer reception , a cleaner place,a better service and......a better breakfast ! The check in was unfriendly ,and this may be a very wrong start!

Hotel Plaza could be 4 star hotel, but now it's not. Rooms need new furniture, and especially new pillows and blankets. Bathroom are spacious but not very clean. (ceiling is fool of yellow stains and even few hairs). The breakfast is as in 2 stars hotel. Scrambled eggs are certainly not made of eggs and the offer of ham and... More

I stayed at the Plaza Hotel in Padua while I was on a holiday tour. It was our first stop in Italy and we were warned by our Italian tour guide that four star hotels in Italy are not the same as they our in the states. Well, he was right. The hotel looked old and was in serious need... More

Surly staff - when we came in for cheking in (October 10, 2014 at 11 am) we said hello, the girl at the desk (without badge) even didn't raise an eye on us. then, after half a minute, she still looked up and said hello. staff isn't friendly even once while passing us by. 2.Breakfast is disgusting !!! -... I left camera locked in safe when I checked out. Called the next day and was told the safe was open when room was cleaned! If it was, someone on staff opened it and took the camera. If they can open the safe, they work for the hotel. No effort was made to investigate further, which tells me it happens... More

It obvious that the management/owner of this hotel wants to lower costs as much as possible, with complete disregard to customers. Paying 200 euros a night for a room (after a 50 % discount on Booking.com) and an additional 30 euros daily for parking is outrageous for a basic accommodation in a room where the heating system was so unbelievably... Didn't expect this from a 4 star hotel. First we came at the reception to early to book in. We wanted only to put our bags in the hotel and go into the city. This was possible with a lot of trouble only after one hour I wanted to get something out of my bag. This was not possible because... More
