We chose this hotel on recommendation from local friends and were not disappointed. Although we had booked the hotel's own parking, as we arrived close to the magic meter hour of 18:00 and were due to leave early the following morning, the helpful and friendly man on reception suggested that it would be cheaper for us to continue parking in... It all started with a friendly and helpful person on the front desk congratulating us on our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. The room was excellent. Not overly large but with everything we would want. It was very clean. The bed was good and even with plus 38C degree temperatures (over 100F) the state of the art centrally controlled air-conditioning managed to... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights in July 2015. We took the train to Venice one day, and spent the other day in Padua. It was incredibly hot outside but hotel was nice and cool and clean. Parking was convenient, though it cost 10 Euro a day. The breakfast buffet was ample and a pretty... More

I was in Padua to visit the Scrovegni Chapel to see the frescoes by Giotto. Nice to stay in a hotel with the same name. Because of construction on the street the hotel was not easy to find (next day the construction was gone!). Parking is nearby. Very good breakfast in pleasant breakfast room immediately next to the front desk.... More

This hotel is good for the price paid. Our room was clean and tidied everyday. Fresh towels everyday also. Adequate bathroom with powerful shower and bidet. However there was some mold on the seals around the shower which really do need replacing. A mini bar in the room but once again no tea/coffee making facilities! I am so glad I... More

Small tourist class hotel. Great for exploring Padua. Close to basilica and tram stop. Very helpful desk. Nice restaurant next door which gives a discount for hotel guests. Nice if you just got in and are not oriented.

Even though not particularly new or with any particular decor, this hotel is nice and can be an ideal base to explore Padova. It's very near the Santo, and the central squares are a pleasant 15 minutes walk away in the narrow central streets. Bathroom is very big. Pricing is OK. Piazzale Pontecorvo is a handy place, at the edge... More

If you want to be near S. Anthony's Basilica and have super easy access to Venice, Vicenza and Verona, this is the place to stay. The rates are reasonable, the rooms are small but very comfortable, and the staff is helpful and kind. There are several restaurants and bars nearby. The parking lot is right adjacent to the hotel.

It's a small family-run hotel, small, well located. Inexpensive, clean. Friendly personnel. Could be easily improved (eg. the hangers in the armoire! Change them!) but it's nice nonetheless. Nice breakfast. Good restaurants nearby, including a good pizzeria next door. Free wifi (average speed).

Hotel is located at the enterance of the old city walls. Very easy reach and with private parking. Hotel is conveniently located to all the attractions of Centro Storica. Rooms are nice and clean with no outside view. Breakfast is average. Staff is friendly. In some of the rooms, like ours, the beds have bronze or metal heads and ends... More
