We stayed for 5 nights at Giotto. Location is rather central, close-ish to the sights in the old town. However I wouldn't recommend considering walking from/to the train/bus station, especially which luggage. The room is kinda small, floor is with tiles which doesn't make it warm exactly. Telly is also small. Bathroom is very clean, 3 towels per person is... More

We stayed in this hotel with a group of six for three nights. The hotel is perfectly located on a square at walking distance from the city center (10 min) and the basilica S. Antonio (5 min). Our room (Nr. 202) had a little balcony with a view on the square. The room was perfectly clean, not too big, but... More

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, very close to St. Anthony Basilique (5 min.) and the city center (15 min.), the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok. Internet is free and if you travel by car, they have a parking lot for only 5 Euros per day. There are several good... More

Nothing spectacular, but everything works reliably. Even the internet connection. Some of the staff is quite nice. Neighbourhood is good, including the choice of restaurants in the square in front of the hotel. Breakfast was quite ordinary, but coffee is excellent (hey, you're in Italy). Bed is bit squeky, but nothing too bad. I am pleased with this little place,... More

If you are looking for a great value place to stay in Padua, then consider Hotel Giotto. It can be easily reached using the tram service from Padua train station (cost about 1.3euro). It is about 15 minutes travel on the tram and too far to walk esp. with luggage. The hotel is in a very quiet part of Padua.... More

The hotel is situated about 7 mins. walk from St. Anthony's Basilica .In my opinion it merits a 2/3 star rating. .. Our room was comfortable and clean, bathroom too in general, though the lavatory didn't smell clean.. I told the chambermaid who said she would see to it,but in spite of a second thorough cleaning it remained the same.(I... More

The hotel is generally clean, well-located with polite staff. Also they served a nice Italian breakfast with a quite good quality and and variety. However, I had a bad experience staying in a single room. The room was hot, without air-conditioning and enough light. You may choose the hotel for family stay or because of the location, but I will... More

We stayed for 2 nights in Liviana apartments that are connected to Hotel Giotto. The girl who met us at the reception of hotel Giotto was extremely rude which kind of shocked us (no hello we received just "si" after she was chatting for 5 minutes on the phone and we were waiting, no goodbye, etc.). The guy who checked... More

Stayed the one night while driving from Venice to Le Marche. The accommodation is simple but clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking specifically for the hotel nearby, complicated a little by the one way system, but it was easy to find. We ate at a restaurant just a few doors down that gives 10%... More

Good hotel very close to the old center, moderate prices, comfortable rooms, and decent (though not exceptional) breakfast. I would have given this hotel 4 stars except that the experience of staying in this hotel is marred by unnecessary frugality and suspicion, and overall, the staff (desk, bar) fail to project hospitality and friendliness. On the second day I asked... More
