My wife and I stayed in Hotel Pilier d'Angle last month for one night while driving from Tuscany to Burgundy. We had been driving much of the day and were warmly greeted when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful. Thick slate roof, wood beams and alpine warmth. Room was immaculate and comfortable. Tub and shower. Diner at the restaurant was... More

Magical moments don't come that often. Hotel Pilier d'Angle offers the weary traveler a welcome break. My wife and I went there in July 2014. It was breathtakingly hot for the Alps and we spent two days in or around the hotel. Firstly, the owners have owned the hotel since 1969 and they opened to the public in 1971. They... More

Very nice food! The staff and owners are all very polite and always ready to assist. Our room was warm, clean but the ceiling was very short. Nice place for kids as there is TV and play room as well. We will try to visit the place again in the future!!!

We stayed at the hotel for four nights in January.Overall it was a good experience. The hotel staff were very friendly and we're always willing to go the extra mile with service(especially the bar manager and waiters) The only negative was the choice of food on the menu and as we were half board it affected our experience.

I stayed in Pilier D'Angle with my wife and my 3 y.o. daughter for one week during January 2014. Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, warm and convenient. The food was amazing! We left the place with the best impression. I hope we will be able to visit this place again!

Stayed here for one night on route to Tuscany. The hotel itself is chalet style with a spa etc that we did not use. The room very large and clean with a balcony and all you need for your stay "2 toilets", shower, toiletries etc. The air is so clean and fresh even though you are not that far from... More

Selected this hotel at the last minute and therefore i had no expectations . It turned out to be an excellent choice for many reasons; it was close to the ski lift, you could walk if you wanted but they also provided a shuttle service, underground parking was free, it has a spa n an outdoor hot tub with a... We spent a week at Hotel Pilier d'Angle during our family ski vacation. From the beginning to end everything about the place was excellent! The reception staff was very accommodating, patient and accepting to our needs (we had a combination of adults and small kids). The restaurant staff and especially Maria were incredible, food was local Italian / French cuisine... More

Quiet and cozy. Hotel is a short walk to funivie/gondala up Mt. Bianco. Limited close options for dining other than the hotel, as located in a village up the hill from Courmayer proper. Service is fine, though generally provided by a single employee while we were there (in the off-season). Decent value for the location and quality of the room.
