The service at this "4" star hotel was non-existent. We arrived and one of rooms was not ready and they guaranteed it would be ready by 4pm (check in was 2pm). The hotel was very comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The hotel is close enough to the center. The Wi-Fi quality is very poor, hardly any in the room, we had to get down to the lobby.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location! The efficency of the staff doesn't reflect a four stars standard. The restaurant needs a better management. The service at the restaurant was terrible and the menu options were very limited.The hotel need a better management .... The general experience didn't meet my expectations.
