Why to look for another if you have found the one. Returning back this year as well. Was upgraded again to a bigger suite, food was even better than last year, rented excellent skis from the hotel's own rental downstairs and very helpful staff that helped with car problems. I would recommend to order pick-up through the hotel from the... More

It was a weekend ski trip from London, arriving Friday lunchtime with 3 and a half ski days, leaving on Monday evening. The Sertorelli made this a complete and perfect trip in more senses than one, first of all providing us with a pleasant surprise in the form of a room upgrade, followed by what was flawless service in all... We just spent a 6 day Christmas ski vacation at this hotel, and were fully satisfied. We booked a Deluxe room, which was huge and with a balcony from where you could see the Cervino/Matterhorn. Reception was very welcoming. The room had its own heating control system, so we could decide how warm we wanted it. The room was done... More

We've been to this hotel time and time again - the staff are delightful (and recognise us!), the rooms are huge, well furnished and warm, the food is just incredible and it's a great location. The ski-bus service is excellent - just call the hotel and they'll send it out to pick you up! The downstairs bar is great (makes... More

Hotel Sertorelli has a superb skiing pedigree - and that shows through - they really understand what matters for ski visitors. The accommodation is excellent, as is the food and drink - a superb range - and service. Lots of chill out space and interesting drinks/afternoon specials available. But perhaps most, they are really good on ski spec and prep.... More

We stayed here for a week in April, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Even before setting foot in the hotel staff were on hand to help with our luggage, an all the staff we dealt with - check-in, reception, restaurant, mini bus drivers, cleaners, were superb and could not have been more helpful. Our room - 603 - was a... More

This hotel is located just outside the pedestrianised village centre, all of 2 minutes walk away, and is none the worse for that. Fabulous views across the village to the Matterhorn. About 5 minutes walk to the gondola and to the chairs on the other side of the village, but why get hot and bothered when there is an excellent... More

The hotel is reasonably well located and equidistant from the two points of access to the skiing in this area. The chairlift is around a 5 minute flat walk whilst the gondola and cable car station is a stiff uphill hike. The hotel runs a minibus but expect to wait 15-20 mins for your turn as it generally alternates between... More

Very nice family run hotel. Close to the center and slopes with minibus service to the lifts that helps especially in case you have small children. Service was exellent and as a bonus we were upgrded to a suite having an own jacuzzi instead of junior suite (note that kids are not welcomed in the spa after 15.00 and do... More
