This was our second visit to the Hotel Sertorelli for a group family skiing holiday. Excellent food and service on both occasions. This time, my young grandson lost his treasured soft-toy monkey, and was reduced to an emotional wreck. His brother later confessed to putting Monkey in the rubbish bin that morning and, on relating this to the hotel management... More

This was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. The staff are wonderful, very considerate and helpful. The food is fantastic, such a wide selection to choose from. There's a mini-van that transports you up to the lifts in the morning, however we did find that the communication to get the van to pick you up from the lift... More

Spent a week in this hotel in March. Room was large and extremely clean, (paid for superior room) and quiet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Service in dining room first class. Although the gondola and lifts were in walking distance it is uphill and therefore the free transport provided by the hotel was very welcome. The drivers were very... More

This hotel was just perfect, food excellent, comfortable rooms, extremely clean and all of the hotel staff to accommodate your every need. The bus driver was so helpful putting our skis on and off the bus. The ski mechanic sorted out my bindings as I had bought a new pair of boots that were a few mm's longer than my... More

Where to start.... We had views of the Materhorn from our balcony, and comy beds. Excellent food with the best scrambled egg ever at breakfast, and evening meals were also stunning. I have never had gnocchi that melt in your mouth. The staff are 5 star, and always helpful. Extra marks for Andrea on the front desk who helped me... More

The Sertorelli is an excellent hotel in all respects. The food is top class and the level of service is second to none. The breakfast buffet is extensive and covers all tastes while the salad and desert buffets at dinner are superb. The hotel provides free transport too and from the slopes and this service is delivered promptly and with... More

We had a great week skiing in Cervinia, Italy. The Hotel staff helped to make it fantastic. They transported those who wanted a ride to and from the lifts even though the walk to one lift was about 300 yards or less. The bar was well stocked and Gian Luca created a great atmosphere and the fireplace was so enjoyable.... More

We returned to skiing after a 26 year absence! The Sertorelli was recommended to us by a good friend who had stayed there a few years ago. We booked our whole trip via Crystal Ski and I have to say that I'm really pleased that we did. The in resort reps were very friendly and helpful. We felt that we... More

Our ski club group of 45 people spent the week of 17-24 January at this lovely hotel in Cervinia, and it was an absolutely wonderful vacation. The service at the hotel was second to known, and the food exceeded all expectations. It was far and away the best food this group has experienced at a ski resort hotel in Europe.... More

The hotel is in a very good location only a 5 minute walk to the nearest chairs and 2 minutes from the town centre but is on the main road so front rooms may be noisy. It has a very good and efficient ski hire shop in the basement which saves the pain of arriving only to go and search... More
