Firstly, I will say that Cervinia itself is lovely. The skiing was great, particularly for beginners, and the town is idyllic. I would really recommend it as a resort. Good location, but definitely not worth its 4-stars. There are much better places in Cervinia, which are cheaper and especially with kids much more suitable. We simply don't like the half board concept and to our taste the hotel is a bit outdated and simply too basic for the stars it has.
