I have visited Cervinia before for skiing and stayed at the Excelsior Planet. The Europa is a better hotel and is somewhat cheaper. The desk staff are extremely friendly, competent and helpful. We stayed in 2 twin rooms at the Europa which was not ideal with 2 young kids aged 7 & 9 but was all they could offer us as they have very few family rooms - however this did not detract from the holiday as the rooms were great and we felt very secure leaving them for the odd night... more

If you want to have quite nights it is a place to avoid. Slammed doors and loud behavior at 3AM.
