I stayed here for a few days and was reccomend this hotel by a friend. Thus he worn me for the breakfast and that was true. It was not fresh and pretty poor execpt for the cakes. I had a room with balcony with a view to the main street. The bath room was small and not fresh for a... More

Stayed here with my wife and 2 teenage children during the Half Term holiday. The hotel is very close to the slopes - commute time from the ski room to the lifts is about 60 seconds on foot (in ski boots!). Very comfortable rooms, plenty of hot water, friendly and helpful service, excellent restaurant (at which you can either have... More

Having read the reviews on this hotel, post booking, I did not know what to expect. All I can say is that I found the service, cleanlyness and food faultless. All the staff were friendly and courteous and the hotel was yards from the slopes. Having stayed in many Alpine Hotels, you should not expect Dubai 6 star service, and... More

This hotel is close to the slopes, shops and bars, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the rooms are spacious and clean. We had a fantastic time during our stay in this hotel and were particularly impressed with the evening dinner menu - the food was always good and certainly plentiful! Overall a very enjoyable stay, we would repeat... More

This is a typical alpine hotel with loads of charm, family run with helpful and friendly smartly presented staff. The decor is as you would hope in an Alpine surrounding. -Traditional! The half-board menu was excellent with a four course course menu ( with a daily choice of three pasta and main courses), the only negative comment is that the... More

This hotel has been the nicest hotel we have stayed in yet, the bedrooms, bar, restaurant and communal areas are lovely, with a typical ski resort theme. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a very short walk to the slope and central within the town. We stayed... More

No service-mindness, no smiling, no welcoming... Boarding food tasteless, very bad. Wrong informations in the hotelbook in the room about boarding food and transportation. Good: placed very central in Cervinia - the Champagnerie & the girl there excellent! If you want to stay close to the Cretaz lift this hotel is central.

Nice Hotel, but to much focus on Russian guests. Even the menu is in Russian. Expensive and too loud bar. Rooms are tiny and old fashioned, but cosy. Staff is not very interested in guests. Slopes and skiing facaility is great

We stayed in Cervinia for a week and the slopes were great even though the weather could have been better. Hotel Punta Maquignaz was unfortunately our choice for the stay. The place is just terrible. The walls are really obnoxious, the colour scheme odd, the carpets dirty etc. I read another review of the hotel and the description matched our... More

The last time we were in Cervinia we admired this hotel from the outside (we had been staying at the Hermitage) and this time we decided we would try it. According to its sign it is a four star hotel. I can only assume that the stars are just part of the design. The rooms are horrendous - they are... More
