Excellent hotel. Pros: 1) Staff were delightful - nothing was too much trouble. 2) Rooms: clean and reasonably large. 3) Free shuttle bus from hotel to ski lifts. The hotel is some way out from the town centre (5 mins by car - not walkable in the winter) but the shuttle was always available. If coming off the slopes a... More

I organise a ski long weekend every year for 25-30 people. This year we stayed at the Hotel Chalet Valdotain from 16th to 21st Jan. Our main contact was Barbara Russo who made the whole process of booking and arriving phenomenally easy. Barbara was very flexible with our bookings and gave really helpful advice in advance for transfer, ski hire,... More

The hotel is nice with great food - 4 course dinner. It is ca. 2 km from downtown Cervinia. The internet access is for free. The rooms nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. But the beverages are pretty expensive. You might to have consider that in your budget. Transportation to the lifts is for free.

Nice little spot for hiking over to Switzerland via Theodul Pass. Perfect location for anything Matterhorn from Italy, winter or summer. Rooms were ample and cozy. We only stayed on night before heading over the pass to Zermatt. Staff was great and food in the restaurant very good. Great reflection pic of the Matterhorn available at Blue Lake across the... Stayed for 6 nights at this excellent hotel for ski holiday on a half board basis. Hotel is about 5 minutes drive from the lift station which I though would be of inconvenience, but in fact the hotel provides an excellent minibus service to drop you and collect from the lift station. This is even more convenient than some hotels... More

Stayed here recently over thanksgiving-13 and it was a great choice. Staff here were extremely helpful and made the stay great. It's not on the mountain but a 2 minute drive that the hotel staff will take you/pick you up (in fact one day I even walked home from the mountain). Dinner was very good downstairs and the menu of... We stayed twice here for 2 weeks every time. We are really happy with everything. The people are so friendly and kind and always willing to give us the best they can. The dinner is amazing, with high quality food every night. The spa is very good and the rooms super clean. Wifi works very well everywhere and it's for... More

We stayed here as a family for a week from Feb 16th to 23rd. It is a lovely warm and welcoming hotel with an outstanding restaurant and excellent, classical service there of a standard rarely seen these days apart from in first class, over priced establishments! Our waiter, Yoany, could not do enough for us and was professional in the... More

We had a very pleasant, though short stay at this hotel. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. It's a little way out of the town, but the hotel runs a shuttle bus throughout the day.
