Stayed for one night on business- would recommend for sure. Lovely female staff (and 2 dogs who live in reception). Rooms are excellent and the beds are the most comfy of my whole month in Italy. Wifi is a bit shoddy. Breakfast terrible actually. But free pool, gym and wellness makes up for that. Close to city and lovely modern... More

A physically impressive hotel—all marble and polished wood—with comfortable rooms that have great mountain views. But I must withhold the fifth star because the food in the restaurant is unimaginative, and the waitstaff, while formally attired, seemed inexperienced. Good parking and WiFi, adequate breakfast. Elderly guests might dislike the steps or long ramp from parking to reception.

We booked two rooms here at this very modern hotel. On arrival the receptionists were so helpful and arranged for the two rooms to be next to each other. They did not have to but saw that this would be more convenient for our stay. Great indoor and outdoor pool. Super clean modern rooms and wonderful well behaved dogs in... More

I was surprised to find that the receptionist was kind but not good at English. And the young man was very not polite and kind. It was big surprise to me to find 2big dogs were guardian in the early morning. Crazy? Barking to the guest! Who decided this hotel is 4 stars?

The hotel is located about 5 mins away from centre. The hotel is very clean and breakfast was great. The pool was really nice and warm or better... warm as a bath. Good Wifi from hotel room, lobby and restaurant.

Stayed here on a skiing holiday with another family and had a great time. The staff work really hard to make you happy. The pool is small but lovely and warm and ideal after a days skiing. The breakfast is abundant but only cold food but very good quality. About 5 minute or less drive to bubble car for Pila. Less... Perhaps this is more a sad reflection of my navigational shortcomings, but I came out of the station at the wrong exit (you need to go to the exit on the left from memeory but be sure to google map it...) and so it was a nightmare to find. If you go the right exit it is just a straight... More

We recently spent 6 days in Aosta and had an amazing vacation. We had a lovely room with a patio overlooking the Alps. We were traveling with a group and our room ended up being the Happy Hour location because of our fantastic view. I've seen comments/complaints about the two dogs -- they were friendly and I thought added charm... More
