We stayed here for one night in July, having driven from the UK en route to Tuscany. In summary, the hotel gave us everything we wanted - rooms were comfortable and spacious, continental breakfast in the morning gave a nice selection of options, wifi was free and reliable and plenty of parking on site too. We had two rooms -... More

Don't know how this property can claim 4 stars! Our room "a junior suite" was run down. Stains on fabric chairs, dirty carpet. Breakfast was very basic with no egg options. Staff @ front desk nice & helpful. Hotel lobby decor was roosters not a horse (cheval) in sight.

Thank you very much to the staff at the Cheval Blanc for an outstanding wedding reception for our daughter. From the scenic location to the large well appointed rooms with amazing views to your hospitality, everyone had a great stay. The food and service were outstanding and beyond expectation. The wedding cake itself was art work and tasted even better... More

I discovered Aosta just a few years ago and have returned on three further occasions. I originally have stayed at the Europe hotel in the old town centre and I have reviewed that elsewhere on TripA. However, on a summer road trip during 2014 and attempting to check into the Europe hotel I was advised not only were they fully... More

What a gracious and hard working staff. One aging dog and one young dog, Lola. The breakfast was substantial, darn the Germans for taking over the espresso machine! A great launching place for a ski vacation. Madame has her staff well educated and they are enduring. I would highly recommend.

Primarily geared towards business travellers this hotel still served as a good base for a ski trip. The ski lift to Pila is a good 20 minutes walk away from the slopes though, so the hotel offers a transfer service for 3.50Euro per person each way (which is worth it if you have a lot of gear to carry). Although... More

Great location for Pila Ski, near enough to walk to Town for local shops and History albeit not difficult to park when we were there. Staff attitude totally Customer orientated, Health suite more than matches photos (limited space in sauna 5-6 people max 4 OK but manageable). Housekeeping service and staff, excellent. Breakfast for the price, excellent (free) We will... More

Stayed for one night on business- would recommend for sure. Lovely female staff (and 2 dogs who live in reception). Rooms are excellent and the beds are the most comfy of my whole month in Italy. Wifi is a bit shoddy. Breakfast terrible actually. But free pool, gym and wellness makes up for that. Close to city and lovely modern... More

A physically impressive hotel—all marble and polished wood—with comfortable rooms that have great mountain views. But I must withhold the fifth star because the food in the restaurant is unimaginative, and the waitstaff, while formally attired, seemed inexperienced. Good parking and WiFi, adequate breakfast. Elderly guests might dislike the steps or long ramp from parking to reception.

We booked two rooms here at this very modern hotel. On arrival the receptionists were so helpful and arranged for the two rooms to be next to each other. They did not have to but saw that this would be more convenient for our stay. Great indoor and outdoor pool. Super clean modern rooms and wonderful well behaved dogs in... More
