Despite tour manager telephoning hotel giving approximate arrival time for dinner to be served (pre-booked) the group had to wait for more than an hour to be served the meal after rushing to be seated by the designated time. There seemed to be a great lack of staff and those there were less than pleasant.

Though located on the outskirts of Trento, its really easy to get to the city centre by car. We stayed in a big bedroom with a double bed and two additional beds for our kids (8 and 6). Everything O.K.
The breakfast was acceptable being a hotel in Italy (italian breakfast use to be very simple).
