We cannot understand why accommodation in Trento is so expensive. The city is nice enough but nothing special and, for us, it was just a place to break our train journey. This hotel was an easy walk from the station with good places to eat nearby, some offering a discount to hotel guests. However we found the hotel over-priced (at... More

This hotel was very handy, as its location is very clos to the railway station and if, as we were, you arrive by train and with plenty of luggage, this location is just what you need. The rooms are really beautiful, very clean and with a very nice decor. It looks like a business hotel, but without having this cheap... More

A last minute booking while wandering through Italy. We received helpful service from the staff, a decent breakfast, great bed, and a huge suite on the 5th floor with a wonderful balcony to watch the awesome thunderstorm that came through town, for under $90 a nite. Great air conditioning too. I can see where parking could be an issue; they... More

I was staying there for 3 nights on a business trip. The location is very convenient. However, the parking place is bit farther away from the hotel! Also, everything in this hotel feels to be old. Rooms are not big too. And the worst part is the WiFi. Although, they say that there is free WiFi in the rooms, it... More

We liked our room, but make sure you ask for a room to the back!!! We ended up in a room by the main street and the minute we opened the windows, it was as very loud. There is a small coffeeshop downstairs, but we did not go there. We got free Wi-Fi in the room. Parking is 10Euro a... More

Pretty good. A large room, an exceptionally comfortable bed, efficient reception staff and a useful "business corner" with a computer in the lobby. Breakfast a bit disappointing, even for Italy, and no restaurant in the hotel for dinner. You can easily walk into the centre though.

I am an American, who has lived in Europe for 18 years. With that opening, I say that I have learned to relax and loose my hankering for being pampered but I still look for a great comfortable hotel with spacious surroundings windows and ambience. I am less concerned about the number of stars rather I am especially attuned to... More

I stayed here for business, and the hotel offered me everything I needed. There's free wifi, rooms are comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, the breakfast is nice and served from 7am. The hotel is situated in the city center, close to the train station and restaurants. The interior design could use a modern touch, but apart from the outdated... More

I stayed here in July on business, and I found that it had a very clean and smart atmosphere. The room was neat and had lovely marble floors and a clean carpet and table. As it is so hot in July, I was thankful that the airconditioning was very good. I was on the first floor. I found I wanted... More

We stayed here in July, arriving fairly late at night to a room where the AC could barely cope with the heat, Well, actually, it couldn't, so they moved us down the hallway. It was much the same, so in the morning we complained and got moved to the other side of the hallway, where the AC units were newer... More
