This hotel is located outside Trento on the outskirts of a little town called Mattarello. You definitely need a car to get here. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are decent. There is parking. The hotel staff are friendly.

The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and cooperative. I stayed on the top floor and found that there was no problem with the water till the last day when there were relatively few guests but they appeared to be on the top floor and the shower water kept stopping and starting making showering a very unpleasant experience. The food... More

The reviews on Tripadvisor were very mixed, however the location suited us for an overnight stay. We found the receptionist to be very courteous and helpful. We had a clean and spacious room and found it to be excellent value. The pizza restaurant upstairs is well worth a visit. The shower was the best one that we encountered on our... More

I stayed in this hotel for 7 weeks. I was there for work, and the bad is that I could not decide to change it. A hotel that is a four star should not have ants going around. The rooms are small, and during the winter they can not run out of hot water, and that happened serval times. When... More

This was a horrible hotel in many respects. I would not stay here again under any circumstances. First, there were ants crawling all over the room. I found an ant on my two-month old baby! My wife found a dead ant in here ear the morning after sleeping in the hotel. After running the "air conditioning" for two hours, it... More

The hotel is nice, only it is located in next to the shopping center out of the town. The room was very large, bathroom was good and the breakfast was very filling. There is an open air pizzeria next to the hotel with rather good pizza, so there is no need to go to town to eat. The staff was... More

I was given last year for my birthday a hotel gift box. After trying to book several hotels and having no joy I booked this hotel as we were in the area in December. The hotel in its self is ok. We had an Executive Plus suite that was rather small and nothing special in my opinion. I often stay... More

This hotel is close to the highway, and has nice (small) rooms. We thought it was more a business than a tourist hotel. The hotel tries to be as ecological as possible, what we appreciate a lot, but there's space for improvement. The quality of the breakfast was ok, but not everything was available all the time and we had... More
