This is a decent hotel close to downtown Trento. Problem with this hotel is that the staff has no clue about what "Do not disturb means". They woke us up EVERY SINGLE DAY early morning with large bangs in the door and then opening thereof and walking into our midst only to say a half-assed "sorry" at leave despite the... More

Stayed there in family room for four people. Had the aerobics class in adjoining room that was extremely loud. Fortunately finished at 10pm but wouldn't be ideal for younger kids. Free basement car park. Normal but ok breakfast - cereals, bread, yoghurt, ham, cheese, etc but no hot food. Decent coffee and fruit juices. Room was ok with nice bathroom and... More

Nice clean en-suite room. Right by the counter-reformation castle, ten minutes walk to railway station and central square. Continental breakfast OK, friendly staff. Nothing fancy but all well above average and stunning view from the balcony. 3 minutes walk to great meals at Osteria S. Martino.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station and the city centre. Whereas the (double) rooms on the front site are vey spacious and have a balcony overlooking the city, the single room on the back side are very small and somehow dark. The interior of my room needed an overhaul, e.g. the TV was about 20 years... More

A good hotel right in the centre of Trento. It doesn't look much from the outside (reminded me of a US-style motel), but the hotel is undergoing extensive renovation, so the rooms and coridoors are clean and modern. I had a room facing the front of the hotel and hence a lovely view over the town and towards the mountains.... More

The hotel is very close to the city center: you can walk to all major attractions and restaurants. The rooms are not large, but all the space you may need is there, and everything is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is included and quite rich (the waiters are very kind, and if you ask them they'll bring you a real espresso from... More

We were referred to the hotel by the visitors' center in the center of old town, having arrived late afternoon, and found all hotels full. Paid 100 Euros. The hotel was definitely adequate + free parking. In a hotel supposedly "Non Smoking", The room reeked of cigarette smoke, much to our dismay. Breakfast was very good as was reception desk... More
