I stayed at this Hotel during Easter 2014, with my family, in total we had 3 beautiful rooms. Staff is not only fantastic but very helpful, as my mother in law has a wheelchair they organised a special set-up for the toilet in the room of my parents in law and also organised a larger room. Breakfast was great but... More

This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. Our room had a comfy bed and shutters which blocked the light enabling a good night's sleep - until the church bells rang at 6am. Our room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the square and the bell tower. It was a nice view but if you manage to... More

I have been in Hotel Lamm almost 20 years ago, it was great. Nowadays if you happen to be in the old wing, you have to expect the 70/80's style in your room, and bathroom! I wouldn't say this kind of rooms (where we were located) are 4 stars. So pay attention to ask for the new rooms. That said,... More

We spent 4 nights on half board basis here over new year and whilst we enjoyed it overall there were a few issues. We arrived a little later than expected at around 8.30pm and it was made very clear in a very nice way that we needed to eat immediately as the dining room stopped serving at 8.30pm. I realise... They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but there’s no picture to capture the hospitality, warmth and sheer bliss you can feel the moment you step through the door. If you are lucky enough to be greeted by Katja, it’s an experience in itself; I was instantly overwhelmed by a chatty yet firm promise of reliability in her... More

Located just feet from the tall clock tower, a lovely place with helpful staff (thanks Hannes!), new wing is well worth the extra 10 euros, and the half-board dinner option is a steal for 10 euros too, a five-course meal carefully planned, good anytime but especially on Sunday when nothing else in town is open. I heard bells during the... More

We stayed at the Falkensteiner Castelruth hotel in the week of 11 March. During our reservation we had some problems, however the management reacted correct and everything got solved in time. We had one of the newer rooms, which were really nice. The strongest point in the hotel for us were the meals, they were really amazing. Every evening a... More

A four star hotel located in the heart of the pedestrian zone of Kastelruth/Castelrotto. I have brought hiking tours here for several years now, and have never been disappointed. My group members always enjoy visiting each other's rooms, as no two are identical. Finely appointed rooms and gliterringly clean baths. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food at the... More

We spent in "Posthotel Lamm" 6 days and liked it very much. The dinners are wonderfull, the stuff is friendly. The hotel stands in the main square, so we took part in all town events, and the view from our windows were unforgetteble. The spa is not very large but is good. If you want to go to Sella Rondo(ski)... More

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel over the last 10 years and we will be back again in future. The food is terrific and the staff great. We had not been there since 2001 but the Maitre D' - Sacha - recognised us immediately. The hotel is family owned, but they are pretty low key... More
