Five-star rating combined with no heart for the guests left a bitter aftertaste. Location, ambiance and hotel construction are excellent. The swimming pool and sauna area is first rate. Located right in the village at 1850 mt s.l., this hotel represents probably the best choice in the area. It is built almost completely by wood and the scent inside the whole building is something amazing. Our room was very big with a fantastic view on the Sciliar peak. Right on the ski slopes the hotel is very conveniently located. Rooms spacious very modern with superb bathrooms. Food was very good, with occasional buffets or 5 course meals. Very fast service at dinner, perhaps too fast as once you have eaten there's nothing else to do as you are on top of the ski slopes with no village amenities.... more
