We wanted to stay in the village, but the hotels that interested us were booked. We identified Plunger by the reviews on TripAdvisor. It turned out to be quite nice, and reasonably priced. We were tired upon arrival, having flown in overseas to Milan, then driving. The owner, Martin, gave us our access card and we retired for the night,... More

This a a great hotel - extremely clean and well maintained. The people who own it, Ingrid and Martin are lovely hosts who always have a smile. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel is a few miles from Castellrotto, in the mountains, but we liked being up there. You would definitely have to drive (there may be... More

The moment we drove up from Castelrotto and pulled up to Hotel Plunger we had a good feeling. The breakfasts and dinners were fantastic and the amenities at Hotel Plunger far exceeded... More

We drove by, lost, and saw the vacancy sign for this pension. Miracle! It is truly amazing. The room was huge, well decorated, extremely comfortable. The picture does not do it justice because we had messed it up by the time we took it! Hotel Plunger is family owned and the staff are helpful, warm people who speak perfect English.... More

Yay, first english speaking review! I stayed here on a week long spring trip to north Italy. While the temperature was high when arriving at Castelrotto centre (around 30°C), this did not pose a problem, as temperatures dropped somewhat, and evening/night time was quite cool. The hotel itself is in a very quiet but somewhat uncentral location - yet it... More
