It is an institution in Bolzano and indeed the building is majestic and the entrance too. However, it suffers from old age and lack of restyling. Rooms are of a good size, but the furniture and facilities are not up to a 4* hotel standard. Quality of breakfast is quite poor. More

Traditional hotel, good size room and bathroom with good quality toiletries. Very clean, furniture on good condiiton, likewise carpets etc. Breakfast buffet very good although I would have preferred more pastries.
