Although this hotel is well located and at walking distance from a main avenue and metro station is still a pretty average Holiday Inn with poorly decorated rooms and overall outdated. Service is good except from the restaurant where clients need to permanently beg staff to attract their attention. Parking is good and convenient, WiFi service is also good, staff... More

First, I am a Platinum Member of the IHG Club, so that went a long way to selecting this Hotel for my stay during the week of October 14 - 21, 2014. My cousin had suggested several hotels and this was also on his list. I had Room 730, great view on two sides of the building, although it can... More

Well, there are so many things that theoretically should work for you as a guest but the small details ruins the experience. Examples? Shower water temp is hot but not hot enough, internet access is free but only for IHG members and it didn't work first day, room is lit but there is not enough light, safe is there but complex... Dear Asafpld, Thank you for taking some time out of your busy day to write us a review regarding your recent stay. I appreciate you generously rating three aspects of your stay with four stars each, particularly our hotel's cleanliness, our property's location, and the service you have had during your stay. For a weekend break in Turin this is an idea hotel. Big rooms, clean, very comfy bed and helpful staff. Location is not central but suited my needs. Very close proximity to Turin Metro which is an ideal way to see the city. Noisy at the front of the hotel but only when window open - may be a problem... More

I had the pleasure to come back to the Holiday Inn Turin Corso Francia for a leisure weekend with my family. It has been again the RIGHT CHOICE: - great STAFF - clean and nice - convenient location - easy access from the motorway - easy access to downtown, "Massaua" subway station next to the hotel - ample underground parking... We stayed in the Holiday Inn Turin-Corso Francia for two nights in August. It was a bit of a last minute decision but we didn't regret it. Its obviously a three stay business class hotel but is better than many of the Holiday Inn's I have stayed in the US. Good onsite parking, good quality rooms, excellent breakfasts and walking... We stayed here during our visit to Turin. It's a basic HI. Be aware it is not close to the center but is walking distance to the metro which takes you into town. The staff was ok. Front desk was not very welcoming upon arrival and was not helpful when asked questions about the surrounding area- they responded they did... More

We stayed at this hotel for a long weekend as part of a packaged event. The staff were all fantastic, at all times looking after our every need. good hotel, though far away from the city centre. But very close to Metro station so commuting was not a problem. The hotel did not offer a complimentary bottle of water, which is common on similar class hotels elsewhere. And the hotel staff told that the tap water is not safe to drink. This was strange. Breakfast was average. Otherwise,... More
