Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and arriving by train from other city, was really pleased to be able to walk with my bag from station to hotel with no need of subway / tram or taxi. Room was spacious and had important things that we like to have while travelling. On the other hand, being close to the station... more

I stayed there for two nights on a weekend in early October. The hotel is well remodeled and in a convenient yet dodgy neighborhood (across from the main train station). As is the case with most Italian 3 and 4 start hotels, at times, there are serious glitches with service and amenities. In my case, the phone did not dial... more

My sister and myself stayed one night at the Mercure Crystal Palace and loved it. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and responded patiently to our many questions. Our room had very comfortable twin beds, high ceilings, a beautiful window with a little terrace and a fabulous modern bathroom. We enjoyed the many choices at the... more

The hotel is located adjacent to the Porta Nuova train station and is about a 10 min walk into the city centre. The hotel itself is very nice with clean, modern, spacious, well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is also magnificent. more

I stayed three nights here for only EUR 48/night excluding breakfast which would have been an additional EUR 10. For the quality of the hotel (three stars), I would have expected to pay nearly double that. It is in a marvellously-restored old building, with modern facilities and the rooms are spotlessly clean and homely with a flat-screened TV offering several... more

This hotel is conveniently located to the Porta Nuova station in Torino and an easy walk to Via Roma and down to Via Po. Surprised the suite does have 2 floors with the main bed on the upper floor. Very modern. Most of the staff were very nice until the last day we were checking out. The guys behind the... more

I'm pretty sure this must be one of the nicest hotels in Turin. My room was fabulous: spacious, very clean, bathroom with Jacuzzi, air conditioned, very well isolated for outside noise. Not too much semen stains on the mattres cover either (something which is sometimes really horrifying in some hotels, as they virtually never replace the mattress covers). The hotel... more

Stayed in this hotel three times in January, February and March 2008, all on business trips. Once I arrived intending to stay for 4 days, and wound up staying for nearly 2 weeks. So I think I know the hotel pretty well. In Torino I really prefer to stay downtown as you can see from my other reviews. This hotel... more

I stayed here for 3 nights in July as I wanted to get away, had never been to Turin and because Expedia were running a great offer. Having got the bus from the airport, the hotel was a doddle to find, right by the station even if obscured by a lot of the building work that was going on there.... more

We stayed 3 nights staying in a wheelchair-friendly corner room. I booked online on the strength of low prices, and as usually with a Mercure, was not disappointed. The hotel is a converted old porticoed apartment building sideways to the Porta Nuova train station, about 2min walk from the bus and trains and 10min walk from Piazza Castello. Staff is... more
