With comfortable rooms (not to big but enough for being there one weekend). The staff is nice and the facilities are ok. Close to the city center and to the train station, but not in the best part of the city: being by night there could be not good at all.

We arrived after a very long day travelling on our way home from Rome. We saw the outside of the hotel and our hearts sank, it just looked like an office block, HOWEVER, we were so pleasantly surprised when we went inside. Very modern, quite arty with great lighting. The rooms were spotlessly clean, had bathrobes available, slippers, a mini... More

Fantastic location - across from the train station Porta Nuova and a 20-minute walk to Piazza San Carlo and Piazza Castello. The room was relatively small, but extremely clean. Although the hotel is practically at the train station - no noise to hear. Air conditioner worked perfectly. Breakfast was in line with other Mercure hotels - a good selection of... More

Convenient location at the station although area around the station was a bit dodgy. Only 5min walk to all shops. Room was quite large, bed was ok, clean and bright. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. Maids were very loud, and it was quite disturbing. They were making up rooms even at 8pm. Good value for money. Would stay again

Our family recently stayed in two rooms for two nights. The hotel was modern and clean with an above average breakfast. Small faults include include uneven air conditioning in the rooms as well as a funky shower that was really just a bath with a hand-held shower head. One either had to sit down while showering, or stand up and... More

Another road-trip for me and I was the other side of the border in France and suddenly felt inspired to drive to Turin or Torino! Chose this hotel for it's older more grand look on the outside. I booked online and also used contact facilities ahead of my arrival to request parking. I received prompt reply that parking was available... More

The staff is friendly, ok. The rooms are even with Italian standards too small. The breakfast is great. The location is not the best. You can reach within minutes the train station, metro, a lot of buses, but at the evening I wouldn't walk around. I think we paid too much, as in comparison to other hotels in the middle... More

Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to post your review. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience with the air conditioning, unfortunately during your stay we had a problem on the central system and we had to wait for the external maintenace to fix it, that's the reason of the air conditioning working later. A hotel perfectly located for the Puerto Nuevo Station, the surrounding area was a little down market, but the Hotel itself was well maintained and the staff friendly and professional, The rooms although basic offer good value, although the door entry system and the wooden floors can mean its quite noisy into the night. Better for a business trip than... More

Ok ok in all honesty.... The hotel has a 4 star rating but I have my doubts about that. I mean the hotel itself could use a make-over or update in terms of decoration and interior. (Which was the case on the 5th floor by the way). During my stay I've encountered a few issues mainly with WIFI connectivity. But... More

I was here for 2 nights only and more would have been too much. I needed to be near the train station but next time, I will take something further as it was a little 'unsafe' at night. The hotel itself could do with a slight decoration improvement. The breakfast was more than adequate for Italy standards of a breakfast.... More
