In spite of my frequent trips to Torino this was my first time in this hotel. Located just next to porta palatine and royal palace meaning the perfect starting point for those that want to visit the city. The room as proper and clean and staff very friendly and helpful to all the requests and questions. Only negative point is... More

We spent 1 night in Turino in this hotel. it is well located downtown and you can walk easely everywhere. We have been disappointed by the room very noisy (water piping noise) all the time. We will not come in the hotel again

Lovely hotel, great breakfast, helpfull staff. Rooms are very very nice with big beds. Right in the center, 5 min walk from the main street and square. Free wi-fi. Only there are no english channels on tv.

The room was clean and quiet. Nice outside terrace. Nice view from top floor. Good breakfast. The service is oke. Only remark, at reception area no seats if you need to wait. I guess because of the architecture :-)

The NH Santo Stefano is an ultramodern hotel in the middle of the very historic area of Turin. It has a huge open foyer with stairs winding around the inside for an amazing effect. But there are also two elevators for convenience. It is situated in a prime location just around the corner from the Royal Palace and all the... More

Great location, clean room, clean breakfast area and overall facility, pleasant and helpful staff, large selection for breakfast, parking on premises, nice panorama on top floor which yielded a beautiful view of a sunrise next to Superga one morning and they accept American Express.

A very nice hotel, good location. A beautiful lobby that is worth visiting to see all of the informational posters that line the inside of the tower as you climb the staircase. At the top is a viewing balcony which goes round half the tower. You can see the only medieval tower in Turin that is incorporated into a house.... More

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. It is new but the opposite of the typical anonymous modern hotel! It was built to fit in the with historical context and it is like a medieval tower with incredible visible staircase going round the central 'tower' part. At the top is an external viewing balcony which goes round half the tower,... More

Love to stay here because the location is perfect if you want to enjoy the city centre. Also it is not too far from the river so you can go for a nice walk or run. Treat yourself on the top floor rooms though, the view is magic!
