Great location, clean room, clean breakfast area and overall facility, pleasant and helpful staff, large selection for breakfast, parking on premises, nice panorama on top floor which yielded a beautiful view of a sunrise next to Superga one morning and they accept American Express.

A very nice hotel, good location. A beautiful lobby that is worth visiting to see all of the informational posters that line the inside of the tower as you climb the staircase. At the top is a viewing balcony which goes round half the tower. You can see the only medieval tower in Turin that is incorporated into a house.... More

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. It is new but the opposite of the typical anonymous modern hotel! It was built to fit in the with historical context and it is like a medieval tower with incredible visible staircase going round the central 'tower' part. At the top is an external viewing balcony which goes round half the tower,... More

Love to stay here because the location is perfect if you want to enjoy the city centre. Also it is not too far from the river so you can go for a nice walk or run. Treat yourself on the top floor rooms though, the view is magic!

My team UEFA and I usually come to stay in this hotel during our preparation of our Champions League Matches in Juventus: AMAZING: - CLASSY - POSITION IS AWESOME - SUPER CLEAN - SERVICE IS EXCELLENT And at the reception you will for sure find a useful, nice, prepared and smiling person to help. We often find Susanna and her... More

Not easy to found, is located right in the historical district of Turin. If you arrive by car, keep in mind they'll charge you 20 euros a night for parking. Rooms are large and elegant. Go for the ones under the roof (a bit more expensive than the regular ones). Beautiful old building restored with style. Wifi is free. Definitely... More

The location of this hotel is great, only steps from the center of Turin's monuments and shopping. The hotel is modern but still fits into the cityscape. There are nice rooms on the top (fifth) floor with some views, sloped ceilings, Lavazza coffee maker. The bathrooms were modern, nice linens, etc. The breakfast was also pretty good. We brought the... More

This hotel is very convenient to the center and, compared to other hotels in the area, a bargain. It is relatively easy to get to if you are driving (although our GPS did get a little confused) and has decent parking (for an additional charge). The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable about the area and very helpful (I was impressed... More

Tourists do not go to Turin. Its broad straight avenues and monumental-scale baroque architecture are not to everyone's taste, and it lacks the charm of smaller cities like Florence. That's a shame, as I had a delightful three days here on my first visit, enhanced by my stay at the NH Torino Santo Stefano. Throughout the hotel there are photos... More

Rooms are a good size, very clean and comfortable; ditto the bathroom. Good wifi. Public areas are bright and airy, including the breakfast room - where the buffet (stretching into brunch at the weekend) is excellent, and the staff here (as on Reception) are very helpful. The location is in many ways ideal - right by the Porta Palatina, so... More
