Interior design of the huge open lobby is charming. Rooms are not so big but nice. The best of the hotel is its location:old town is at walking distance. Breakfast is really lavish. Wifi works well but the only negative point is that your access expires after 4 hours and you have to login again.

I've stayed at this hotel for a couple of times during business trips over the last year. It is reliably clean and quiet and the front desk service is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms aren't huge, but they aren't tiny either. Good size for a business traveler on their own. The breakfast is quite nice and the bar is... More

Stayed at a Superior Double for 3 nights. The interior design of the hotel is very nice and looks like a lighthouse, with an amazing view on the 5th floor. The room was nice, spacious, and good design. However the cleaning/restocking of the room was inconsistent. That was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Breakfast was smallish but... More

A very nice modern hotel built in the spirit of the historic surrounding. The architecture can be called cosy and innovative. The hotel is supremely situated next to the Royal Palace and the city center. In spite of that the surrounding is silent on an Italian scale. Service was friendly and the rooms sufficiently equiped and cosy. The superb market... More

I stayed in the Superior room for 2 weeks. Daily upkeeping of the room is inconsistent. My room was not cleaned in one of the stays. Location is very central and walkable to most historic sites. There is a good choice of restaurants and a weekend market close to the hotel.

Some friends had stayed at this hotel in May of this year and had the highest praise for the accommodations and location. After staying there I would give it my highest recommendation for both. I was able to park the car in their garage. Their cuisine was outstanding - specializing in fish dishes. The breakfast was lavish. And since I... More

We booked this Hotel at relatively short notice to go out and visit our daughter who is currently working out in Torino. We arrived early (12) to book in, info said from 3pm but this was no problem for them, they offered us an upgraded room for another 10euro's per night which we went for and stayed in room 508.... We stayed at this hotel last week and the position, staff and rooms were excellent. A great location for a visit to Turin and a quiet relaxed hotel with a good breakfast. Easy to walk to all the interesting sights in Turin from this location. The hotel is well designed and fits in well with the surrounding buildings. Very impressive... More

I have stayed here before. Love the area. My wife was with me on this trip and this was her first trip outside of the US. I/we dont like the "environmental approach" of the hotel. They decide what temperature you keep your room regardless of the thermostat setting. You must call the desk and ask them to lower your temperature... More

When you pay for a 4 star hotel, you expect a certain level of comfort and service and I would have to say this hotel didn't meet these standards Pro - location - walking distance to old town and much of the tourist sites - facilities- the building is quite pretty Con - Internet - kept on disconnecting - Service...
