If you'd like to visit the most ancient part of Turin, this is the place to stay. Excellent position, in the heart of the roman part of the city, nice staff, comfortable rooms. The best choice for business meetings too.

An ideal base for exploring Turin with most attractions within walking distance.A quiet and very clean hotel with attentive staff. A good choice available at breakfast. We had a basic room which was ample for our needs.Would recommend getting a Turin card for museums and galleries and public transport.

Stayed here for 4 nights in August 2014. The spectacular lobby with its spiraling ramp/staircase provides for a very good first impression. Very friendly personnel, quick and professional check-in and they competently helped us with all our questions. Our room was on the first floor, yet fairly quiet and very spacious. Large bathroom and ample storage room in the walk-in... More

The Santo Steffano is one of those hotels that does everything absolutely the right way. It is in a great location, has very good appearance both inside and outside. It is very clean and has great staff. The breakfast was a typical continental style, but eggs were available if required and served in a lovely setting. I stop short at... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, primarily for work purposes. However, I was able to walk around the city some and enjoyed a bit of Turin. My colleagues and I ate at a lovely wine store/restaurant in the city center-Casa Del Barollo. The hotel is lovely, very clean. I had a deluxe room. It was shaped like an... More

The Hotel is very well located, walking distance to almost everything: Shopping, attractions, cafes, restaurants...The staff is very polite, I was impressed by the warmness of waiters and waitresses of the restaurant. Very clean rooms and very good service. I strongly recommend this hotel as a value for... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in July. Location couldn't be better, especially as it's next door to some spectacular Roman ruins. Quality of service and facilities are excellent, as well as the rooms and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Santo Stefano for a week in May, 2014. Everything about our stay there was superb - breakfast, the restaurant, the room, the courtyard and even housekeeping. The front desk assistance was excellent, and multi-lingual. To top all that off, this hotel is a block from the Shroud of Turin and a short walk from the main... More

Preparation for the Turin Olympic Games spawned building and renovation in anticipation of the tourists who would come. So, NH Santo Stefano is a relatively modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful providing directions and suggestions for dining, museum hopping, and shopping. The church of the Holy Shroud ( Cathedral of St John... More
