The Santo Steffano is one of those hotels that does everything absolutely the right way. It is in a great location, has very good appearance both inside and outside. It is very clean and has great staff. The breakfast was a typical continental style, but eggs were available if required and served in a lovely setting. I stop short at... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, primarily for work purposes. However, I was able to walk around the city some and enjoyed a bit of Turin. My colleagues and I ate at a lovely wine store/restaurant in the city center-Casa Del Barollo. The hotel is lovely, very clean. I had a deluxe room. It was shaped like an... More

I've been in to this hotel in a business trip to Turin. The Hotel is very well located, walking distance to almost everything: Shopping, attractions, cafes, restaurants...The staff is very polite, I was impressed by the warmness of waiters and waitresses of the restaurant. Very clean rooms and very good service. I strongly recommend this hotel as a value for... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in July. Location couldn't be better, especially as it's next door to some spectacular Roman ruins. Quality of service and facilities are excellent, as well as the rooms and breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Santo Stefano for a week in May, 2014. Everything about our stay there was superb - breakfast, the restaurant, the room, the courtyard and even housekeeping. The front desk assistance was excellent, and multi-lingual. To top all that off, this hotel is a block from the Shroud of Turin and a short walk from the main... More

Preparation for the Turin Olympic Games spawned building and renovation in anticipation of the tourists who would come. So, NH Santo Stefano is a relatively modern hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful providing directions and suggestions for dining, museum hopping, and shopping. The church of the Holy Shroud ( Cathedral of St John... More

i stayed in this hotel just for one night; wonderful place, rooms are big and clean. Maybe little expensive and breakfast could be widened in offer. Strategic position, near to the station and the city center.

The Hotel has an ideal City Location just a few minutes away from the City Center with several sights and the Shopping area. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have some more variety, however in Italy this is normally limited. Hotel installations are very good, nice bar that has inside and al fresco seating.

NH Santo Stefano is in an excellent location - close to the main sights, shopping streets, with a lot of nice restaurants nearby (try Alcino or Tre Galli). We had booked an executive room with an extra bed for our son. The room was ok, service was ok, nothing more. Three things were annoying: 1) air con was very loud... More

We chose this hotel as it is one of the few hotels of the four- and five star class who offer free wireless access, which we view as an absolute basic need as a business traveler. We were positively surprised by the size of the room and bathroom (we got an upgrade to a bigger room). The lobby is very... More
