The price is really good, and it's well located, just next to the station (which is in the city center), the hotel is very clean and neat, the staff is nice.
Nothing special but it's a good hotel to stay in.

i only stayed here for 2 nights... but i can totally recommend this hotel. the staff was friendly and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. it is also very well located... close to public transportation and the city center. Turin is a wonderful city to walk around... and this hotel is close to main train stations and some of...

I stayed in Hotel Urbani for two nights at a cost of €50 a night. I had not expected much at such a reasonable price but in fact this is a first class place to stay. It is very near the main station of Porta Nuova (2mins walk) and the Airport bus stop. Also there is a Carrefore Supermarket around...

Really nice modern up market reception area, rooms decorated to a very high standard and staff very helpful and approachable. Excellent breakfast service.

We stayed overnight and liked the hotel very much. Location is great - a few minutes walk from railway station / airport shuttle bus, and also very close to city centre / museums / shopping area. New metro station nearby. Room amenities like in 4* property. Buffet breakfast is surprisingly good. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful and can speak...

However, it's a budget hotel, so I wasn't astonished enough to rate it more. The...

Staff were unbelievably nice, helpful, and entertaining, maybe the best I've ever encountered. Location is very central and staff directed us to genuinely good food in the neighborhood.
We had such a good...

We enjoyed being in this hotel. Especially the people who run the place impressed us: young people, very freindly and helpful. This starts at the reception, goes to the service at breakfast (by the way a very good buffet) and includes the room service.
If we visit Torino again (the city is really worth more than one visit...) we will...

A horrible, horrible bathroom with a shower door that didn't shut and no light into the shower so u end up showering in the dark. Also the worst bed with two singles pushed together. However a gap kept appearing between the two resulting in an uncomfortable sleep. The staff didn't speak very good English which is understandable but if you...
