We moved here during a heatwave when our AirBnB did not have air conditioning. It was 39 degrees in Turin and no amount of gelatos would cool us down. This hotel was a bargain on booking.com but we just asked at the desk and they helped us. The room was clean and spacious and the air con worked a treat.... More

What a poor representation of the beautiful city of Torino!!!! The room we stayed in was dark and smelt awful. The staff were incredibly unsympathetic. The breakfast room was stained and in need of a face lift. The food was supremely ordinary. Never again.

Solo female traveller. Was worried about previous reports but only hotel travel agent had to offer. Stayed for 4 nights. Had a twin room at the front of the hotel (102) at first floor level. Below there was a restaurant at one side and another across the narrow street but never seemed to open at same time. Had the Juliet... More

I had a room in a separate building to the back and avoided all the street noise but be aware, there are a lot of steps to walk up carrying luggage...no elevator. The desk staff was 100%, always smiling, greeting, answered all questions and gave directions. The location was perfect in that it was convenient to the rail station. It... More

This hotel has a good situation. The room was clean and the bed confortable. Staff was polite... Even if the place is a little bit old. The breakfast was average: not bad but nothing special. But you must be a little bit carrefull about the noise of the street, so the best I think it's to book a room on... More

Simple and nice hotel, clean rooms, kind staff. Located some steps from the railway station is very convenient for tourist arriving by train. Last day we had our train early in the morning so they had prepared breakfast for us half an hour before. Thanks.

The hotel was fine, clean, and located close to the train station, but the street noise on Fri. & Sat. night wasn't a pleasant experience. When you're jet lagged, people screaming on the streets until 3 AM isn't something you would wish on anyone. Maybe a room not facing the street wouldn't be as bad.

Nice hotel beside the main train station and just a short walk to the city centre. Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms small but very clean and quiet. Free wifi. Very convenient location. Would definitely return.

A block from the train station makes this hotel very convent for travelers with luggage. The five minute walk is easy and the hotel is easy to find. Clean rooms, decent breakfast and helpful staff. Three Star rating booked via hotels.com. Our room was fine but not what I would expect from a three star. Guessing hotels.com or other third... More

Just had a one nights stay here for the recent Italy v England game. No more than five minutes walk from Turin station. Quick, friendly, efficient check in. We were even allowed access to our room before the stated check in time. Room itself was comfortable with an electronic safe and decent wifi. Bathroom was excellent and included plenty of... More
