Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the Golden Palace. 1. The shower did not drain correctly so I was standing in 6" of dirty water when I tried to take a shower. We ended up using the showers in the fitness center. ( Both rooms had this problem, they moved us to a new room 2 doors down )... More

Comfortable, well located hotel. Efficient and courteous concierge service, good, clean and quiet room. The sombre (brown/gold) colour scheme throughout, is not my favourite - my opinion is that one could do with brighter colouring when this hotel next refurbishes. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Stayed here for three nights...yes, our rooms were far from the lobby (4 minute walk) but that didn't bother anyone in our group. It is called "connection two" and once you know your way, it is not a problem. The room is large, free water & juice in the mini bar, extra large safe, two pairs of slippers, extra towels... More

I will start with two gripes:1) In the room there was one power outlet and that was by the bathroom on the floor. Not one power outlet anywhere else. Everything was hard wired. Most people travel with a couple of devices nowadays. So if there are two of you....well you can just imagine. If this was a way to save... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights as part of a group tour. The hotel is clean and modern, the staff was efficient and friendly. The room was quite spacious with plenty of room and great air conditioning. The bathroom was great and the rain shower head provided a fantastic, refreshing shower. The breakfast buffet that was included was adequate... More

In town for business . Not a bad hotel. Kind of dark but very large rooms for Europe There is 110 in the bathroom so if you lost the converter you are not out. The desk and bar staff very nice and accommodating. Walking distance to a lot of good food

Hotel lobby is beautiful and reception staff very friendly and quite efficient. The location is also brilliant as it is very close to the central street and shopping areas. The rooms are nice but very similar to what one would expect to see in a chain hotel such as the crown plaza, certainly not a 5 star room... The rooms... More

A few blocks walk to the centre of Turin; shops on Via Roma, Piazza San Carlo, Mole Antonelliano. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Rooms are large and well appointed. Rooms are amazingly quiet and private. Housekeeping staff are excellent.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this is a rather strange hotel. Ranked as a 5 star, stands in a fairly new building, which on the other hand is dark and gloomy. Rooms in building number 2 are small; minibar is free of charge, but there're just a couple of soda cans. What puzzles me is the fact that a business-focused... More

I just do not understand how this hotel gained 5 stars. The suite had no ironing board, had to be requested, no kettle, had to be requested. The breakfast menu that was included with the room was the italian, which only included cakes and juice, but that was all mixed in one place with the eggs and cheeses. So we... More
