The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The WiFi is a little slow but it didn't cut out. The customer service at the front desk was very good. Checking in and out was very quick. The breakfast buffet was nice. The next time I'm in Turin I'll stay there again.

Located in the center of Torino (but not so central) it's the result of the refurbishment of two buildings. The hotel shows a contemporary- elegant faced and hall but, room are very little and absolutely impersonal. Although new, bed is very uncomfortable and, due to the mini size of the room, expect a queen size one. Bathroom is ok but... More

My partner and I have stayed at this hotel previously due to its location. In Dec I had pre booked an paid for 2 classic rooms as my friend was visiting from South Africa. Unfortunately my partners father had to be rushed to hospital due to an emergency, an we decided that I continue to show our guest around an... More

For a weekend with my wife, we just wanted a nice place to sleep in the city center. We found a mediocre hotel with small, very standard rooms and slow and understaffed (reception) personnel. I am originally from Torino and I have always looked/heard of Golden Palace as a top notch luxury hotel. Not the case. Next time I will... More

One of the higher end hotels in Turin and lives up to it. The service is what you would get at a nice hotel in a big city from the states. Has a nice bar/restaurant area with good food. Right near the city center, walking distance to just about everything you want to see inside the city.

I stayed here for a little over 2 months, and while the hotel is very nice, I think what separates it from the rest is the staff. Simone at the bar is friendly, professional and genuinely cares about the guests. Most importantly though he's an awesome bartender!

The hotel itself is very standard and just a posh hotel room. The spa is very basic and the service was poor. On the upside it was in a very good location and museums were very near. The breakfast was exceptional but the experience was a bit of a let down.

Pros: -location -variety of pastries for breakfast -gym with variety of training machines -quiet rooms Cons: -internet speed may strongly vary depending on hours (from 4MB/S down to a few KB), so Skype video calls are difficult -some training equipment needs renovation

Stayed there for work for over 4 weeks. Was a great place near the city center. Would stay again. Rooms were quite warm as the summer season had passed and the A/C had been turned off. This is quite common in Italy. They moved us to a cooler room. The Wifi was very weak during the peak hours. Actually bought... More
