This is what you will find in this hotel. From Porta Nuova station it's just cross the avenue and you are there. The staff is always smilling and trying to do their best even if you wake up at 10 AM and want to have breakfast (my case). The rooms are normal for an old building but the bathrooms, at... More

Booked this with booking .com & got great rate. Located almost directly across the street from the main rail station. Only a 15 minute walk to heart of town. Room was very quiet & pleasant. It was great stay in this lovely city. More

The Hotel Bologna was very comfortable and foreigner friendly. The staff was very helpful and patiently tried to understand with sign language as we could not understand Italian. The rooms are very clean asa are the bathrooms and breakfast good. Close not only to the Porta nuova station but also the piazzas. Would recommend it any time. More

Reception claim it's too expensive to call Alitalia for you. They tried to send me to a travel agency to sort out a flight I booked on the Internet!!!! Really unhelpful and unreasonable despite it being an urgent situation. More

The Bologna is a family run hotel, and you can tell. It isn't slick, efficient and corporate and nor would you want it to be! Charming baroque rooms, large & clean original parquet floors which ooze the scents of forgotten grander days. Beds basic, but clean and comfortable, perfect location for rail or airport links, staff amenable, pleasant and helpful.... More

This is a nice hotel with really nice staff; room was a decent size, quiet, and with both fresh air and an air conditioner. WiFi was free and available throughout the hotel, though the speed wasn't tops, it was solid enough (except for one day) to collect mail overnight etc. Breakfast is simple, but with freshly-made coffee. The location is... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, and the experience wasn't bad. The room was spacious and its close to the sightseeing places, and Across the hotel is the main train station. The breakfast was okay, just not many choices. The staff were nice, but not many of them can speak English. More

The first day I stayed at this hotel, I came back to the room to find the door propped wide open. Luckily, nothing was stolen, but the hotel mainly laughed it off, saying the maid must have been distracted while cleaning. They did not offer any compensation for the violation of my trust, and every day after that I was... More

We arrived to Turin to see the The Shroud of Turin on display, but had no booked a hotel in advance. The first couple of hotels we checked near the train station were either full or too expensive. Hotel Bologna cost 90euros for one night in a double room and it was a perfect location, just across the street from... More
