Was there for business. After the first night I asked to stay for a second night (at 9 o'clock in the morning). After a meeting where things changed I had to leave Torino and at 11 o'clock I comunicated this to the reception. The person there was very unfriendly telling me that also the 2nd night was to pay, even... More

This hotel looks cute on their website. However, most of the rooms are in other apartments then the hotel is situated. For breakfast you need to go to another place. When it's snowing, this is really not nice. Also they don't provide umbrella's to make up for it. the rooms are nicely decorated, if you like baroque. If you need... More

This is not a hotel but B&B, first of all. And some of the picture shown here and there are nothing to do with where you stay. The room is on a few minutes away from where the location is presented and 15-20min walk from Torino porta susa station. While the room is OK and the staff helped me to... More

We had to move to this hotel for one night only from a different hotel in Turin, and i must say the only good thing about this hotel is the location- 1 min away from Via Garibaldi - my favourite shopping street in Turin. The building is awkward with very steep stairs, too many doors to open on the way... More

When we arrived we were put in a building separate from the one where the reception is. They also said that they had a garage, In fact, they supposedly have a 20 euro per day box located in a public parking 200 metres from the hotel. 3 euros to leave the luggages at the reception after check-out. It is not... More

We had a sweet little room overlooking Via Carmine. Good windows, so no problem with the noise. We liked the location - off the city center, but close to the market, to the great little bars and restaurants in the Quadrilatero quarter and at the western end of the main shopping street Via Garibaldi. Parking is a nuisance, though... you... More

This was our 3rd stay at the Ai Savoia during the last 12 months. We find it very charming, good service ( but you have to know a little italian). Very nice rooms, a wonderfull breakfast with all that is needed, a very safe garage for the car. This b&b is in the centre of Turin and you are a... More

We stayed in Ai Savoia for 4 nights this month after booking via the internet. The web site looked very encouraging, so we made the reservation. As we all know though, there are many occasions where the web images do not match the reality. In this case, they did not do the B&B justice. The service was outstanding - due... More

Their mistake in reservation cost us - €75 for 3 turned out to be for 1, so with extra room cost mushroomed to €190. Switched to Best Western City Hotel for €112 for 3, saving €78 per night for the next 4 nights. Rooms clean but noisy. Good security & decent continental breakfast.

We had a great trip to Turin and enjoyed our stay at Ai Savoia. The staff of this very cozy family run B&B was very friendly and helpful. It is an excellent base for exploring the inner city of Turin. I highly recommend it.
