We managed to get a special rate by booking early (great value) and we found the hotel well located outside of the centre with plenty of secure and outside car parking. It is easy to get a tram into the centre of the city and there is plenty to see and experience - well worth a day in the centre.... More

To begin with: 14€ for a breakfast buffet per adult, free for children, 10€ for a very basic lunch pakket per person, also for children... Not very commercial for clients with a higher Accor status... To continue: the swimming pool was almost invisible, any smaller and it would be a cold jacuzzi without bubbles. The kids got bored after not... More

We booked this hotel via british airways so we could attend the food festive in October 2014. The Hotel is clean and breakfast is quite good 4 our of 5. The rooms are basic and there are only 3 or 4 english tv channels. As with most European Hotels the beds are quite low and the mattresses are very firm.... More

Stayed here on a short business trip as it was handy for the industrial area of the city, unfortunately there is not a lot else around the hotel, so unless you travel into the city centre you are pretty much stuck in this location. The hotel itself is kept in good order, the public areas are smart and clean, the... More

The hotel was very nice with very nice personal both in reception and at dinner. Our room was very clean and fresh. The boring part was the area around the hotel. Felt like an industryarea. Good hotel to stop at on the journey.

Luckily the staff at the reception has always proven welcoming and helpful, as otherwise there is not a lot to do in the area of the hotel. It is to be kept for business travel mainly, or you will need transportation as a tourist (tram station nearby). Last time I went there, the TV was only working on the Herzian... More

Used for a 1 night stopover on recent business trip. Check-in proved to be very efficient but check-out was a queuing experience if like me you find large parties in-house you may need to plan extra time to avoid departure delays. Bedroom is basic but clean with tea/coffee making facilities and a mini bar. One negative for me was having... More
