Stayed here January 2013 as a base to see some of the city and watch a Juve game. Check in was quick and receptionist polite and spoke good English. Room was small, very little wardrobe space, mainly down to the cooker and large, noisy fridge in the room. Struck me as bizarre that a city hotel would provide a cooker.... More

Pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast. great location too as trams and buses stops exactly in front of the hotel. Just about 10 minutes from the centre and to the train stations. A very good value for money and we highly recomend this to anyone travelling to turin.

I checked in on 14/10/2012. The room condition is that of a dormitory. Check in desk simply handed over keys. No help with luggage or anything else. The room HVAC was not functional neither was the toilet exhaust though the booking site clearly mentioned "Air Conditioning". We struggled to find the hotel and drove through a pretty rough area which didn't bode well. When we arrived the staff were friendly, very efficient and helpful. Very helpful reception and hotel staff, all reception staff spoke perfect English. This hotel pretty much fulfilled all city break requirements and I think it would be suitable for a holiday too. We stayed for 1 night on way to Venice. Friendly and efficient staff who speak very good English. Large, clean, comfortable room with nice big bed. Free wifi, good buffet breakfast and on site parking! All in all a very good hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 1 night only. Service was great. One of the receptionists speaks very good English - a rarity in Italy it seems. The view from our room was of other offices, but everything else was good: b'fast, cleanliness, tea & coffee in room etc :)
